Once you've subscribed online for Beauty Box, you may be placed on a waiting list. Macy's will email you as soon as a subscription spot becomes available. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to sign up. You will have 48 hours to subscribe.
You will need to create a Macy's profile to join the Macy's Beauty Box waiting list. You don't need to provide a credit card or shipping info to join the waiting list.
You'll also get a $5 off 20 gift card good at Macy's — so if you fall in love with one of the samples, you can always buy the full-sized version for a little less!

The May beauty box is now on the Macy’s website. It is a Laura Mercier box, looks good.

The site for the beauty box has not worked for weeks. “Manage Subsciption” gives me a gateway error, both on the site and in the app. I removed my card from my account. I don’t want to continue with them if I can’t access my subscription information. It feels sketchy.

So hey guys I have been describe to this box since a month before they suspended it back when the pandemic went on. I actually got my first box in October when they started it back up. Now when I go into my account or I go to login I usually say Google login Macy’s Beauty Box I then get switched over to a page that says already subscriber manage subscription I tap on that I have to add my email and password and then it will take me over to my account where it says orders or directly to the Macy’s Beauty Box it all depends on what I click but there’s always the billing date there for the upcoming billing. Now what’s happening cuz it’s all different is at least for me. Now takes me to a page that has a picture of what looks like a Macy’s Beauty Box with all the products laid out with a bag and it says add to cart? So very weird right? It’s almost like they’re asking us to purchase the Box on our own so I’m they’re doing things differently. Not sure how I feel about that but.. if anyone else has had this happen to them please reply to this comment. And if you’ve heard anything else pertaining to them switching the process or May’s box, also reply if you could. Thanks in advance 🙏😊

Has anyone seen any spoilers for the May 2022 Box? It is April 28th and I am not trying to be pushy…but? Just thought I would throw that out there. The Macy website has been having technical issues for the last week so no info there. Ok…let me know if you hear anything. Thanks.

Hey there hun! So this is very weird because I have not seen the spoilers for me and also when I logged in. Or let me just put it this way I googled login to Macy’s Beauty box. I’ll pop the page with the pink box on it saying Macy’s Beauty Box or what looks like a box anyway so it asked me when I scrolled a little bit down it says if you already have a subscription managed subscription so I clicked on that it asked me to put in my information to log in so I did. And it took me over to a page that has a bag or what looks to be the contents of a Macy’s Beauty Box but it says add to cart? Anyway tell me if anyone else has come across this? And what happens when you try to log in if you were to Google login to Macy’s Beauty Box and go through the manage subscription portal. Normally it would take me over to the billing cycle you know? Where you can be billed from this date to that date not seeing that anymore so I don’t know I wonder if they’re doing it differently? I’ve tried to Google any information I can find about that specific thing like they’re doing things differently now but I haven’t been able to find anything about it. it’s one of my favorite boxes to unbox on my channel LOL

Macys boxes are usually very good. While this appears to be a ho-hum box it’s not enough to make me cancel. Some new and unexpected items make it interesting. I’ve only ever had sprays from Mario Bodescu so I’m looking forward to a mask. Claris is expensive for me so I’m always happy to try anything from them. Rituals body care is always a winner as are the Tony Moly mask. So while it ses like a low value month I need to remember that there are months that are blah, but Macys is usually pretty good which makes up for the blah box.

This sub box shouldn’t be included on this site because Macy’s is no longer a legit company. If you have a problem cancelling this box – and you will – you deal with overseas reps who’s goal is to keep you on the line as long as possible without answering 1 question or providing any help. I was blocked from cancelling it myself after signing into my account. Kept getting an error message. I spent 3 hours on the phone after that with reps who were basically toying with me. You can hear the other ones in their office horsing around in the background. Macy’s shut down their HQ 2 years ago and has become a phantom corporation. I challenge anyone to find out where their HQ is and contact info for it. Even the flagship store employees don’t know.
Save yourself the hassle and the drug store quality crap that they peddle. It’s not worth half of what they charge for it. The reckoning for them for bailing on their customers is on the horizon. Until then it’s just a $ grab. They’ll shut down in 2 years, mark my words.

Kate – I’m glad you didn’t have to go through what they put me through. You may want to check to see if they still charge you for it. They knew that I was going to escalate my complaint – or at least try to – so maybe they took off the block that prevented me, and possibly others, from cancelling on their website.
I signed up in mid-Feb. for a sub was supposed to start with the March box, which I never received. They charged me for the April box before sending it out. The day after the charge I received the shipping notification I tried to cancel it. Whether they did that or not is still unknown. They won’t refund my $ so I have to file a dispute with my bank. They wouldn’t send the March box or try to work something out with me at all. If these things happened to me it could happen to other newbies. When I look at what I could have received by paying $8 more for a different sub it was a no brainer. I’m assuming that’s why you cancelled yours as well.

Hey Tara most of the time when I call in by the question concerning my bill or the box or what have you, none of the representatives know what I’m even talking about! Seriously I have to explain to them that Macy’s has a Beauty Box LOL not kidding. Every now and then I’ll come across somebody or perhaps I will ask to speak to representative in that department they’ll put me through the supervisor and then I have to go to the supervisor explain it all over again and then finally most of times I can get my question answered I’ve had that same experience though. Where they’ve offered me a gift card in place of the convenience it was the very first box I signed up for there was a glitch on their end and my car didn’t get billed so therefore I didn’t get a box. When I called to find out and of course May that was the year that all this craziness started so they canceled the subscription or suspended it at least that very next month so I didn’t get any I had to wait all through the pandemic to get my first box which was October can’t remember the year now LOL things have been that crazy but anyway and when I’ve ever gotten someone who understood what it is that I was asking about and there was an issue the same thing offered a gift card for $20. I figured hey I’m not getting a box account I was just telling the girl of above this conversation when I Google login to Macy’s Beauty Box it takes me over to a page that has the pink emblem with the Macy’s Beauty Box stamped on it and white letters. Kind of looks like a box anyway right under that it says manage subscription if you’re already a subscriber so I usually tap on that and then it asked me for my password and email and then it will take me over to the billing section or if I click on orders same thing I can’t find it now. It’s taking me to a page when I log in that the picture of what looks like could possibly be a Macy’s booty box it has a bag and a whole bunch of minis or travel size items I forget exactly what’s in and I’ll have to look again but then it says add to cart underneath it very weird? I’m wondering if they’re not stopping the subscription and letting people purchase it on their own? Perhaps to avoid the waiting list not sure I wish they would say something about it because I tried to Google the information to see if there’s any chatter out there about it changing over or changing how you get the box. I can’t find anything so if anybody does find that please share 😉

That is so weird. I must be the only one who actually got a decent experience LOL.
I was supposed to get March box, I waited to be charged and never was, so needless to say I never got the March box. I called up and asked about it because I did received an email about the box / order being canceled. I talked to the rep about it, asking if they could still send it to me with the order number provided. She apologized I for the inconvenience of me not getting the Box nor getting charged even though I was subscribed and then asked me if a $15 gift card would be sufficient for my trouble. I’m like ummm, ” yeah sure that’s fine thank you”. And they sent me a Macy’s gift card for the box and never received or got charged for.
As for this box, I skipped. I was actually sort of surprised how low the value was. Usually I see a bunch of nice stuff that I like, the value always being double to triple in this one. And this has a shower cap instead of a bag? I know last month with the book was kind of cool, but I don’t know what their angle is with the differences I’ve seen lately.
Enter May, what’s going on with the Macy’s website? I always get trouble when it comes down to signing in, and when I go to the initial page there’s always an error message and all I see is August 2017 bags.

This is honestly the worst box. Besides the value, the quality of products are low.what happened to the boxes and quality like the first year Macy’s started? Too late to cancel but next month. Quality and crap, I’m out. And started day one!

Yea they charged a lot of people yesterday and shipped today, because they knew a lot of people wanted to cancel because the value of the box was so low for April……They are not suppose to charge you until April 1st, I was so mad that they charged me before they usually do….I called them and had them cancel the box and refund my money.

I recieved the rituals body wash in my box. Also I liked the shower cap. I’ve never needed one before but they have all seemed flimsy. This one feels nice and sturdy and did a good job keeping my hair dry.
