This month's theme is called: "Hello Spring." This box is the perfect way to welcome spring!
Time To Spring Clean!
Bee Kind - Goat Milk & Honey Cream - Retail Value $14.99

As you can see from the photo, the lotion is nice and thick. I’m elated that it came in a squeeze tube, rather than a little tub like their (fabulous) whipped cream does. This is easy to carry around and I don’t have to dig into it with my fingers like I must with the tubs (I hate getting lotion under my fingernails!). The scent is very, very mild so if you don’t like overwhelming scents, this one’s for you.
According to Fortune Cookie Soap (FCS, for short) the scent is:
“Soothing aromas of rich golden honey, creamy milk, roasted brown sugar pecans and velvety caramel.”
Every regular box comes with a full sized product, and this is that item for this month’s box. It’s 4oz and sells for $14.99.
Spick-N-Span Toilet Bombs - Retail Value $3.25

Warning: don’t open and stick your face directly into this bag! The scent is very strong, and according to the FCS site, it’s:
“Refreshing citrus notes blend seamlessly with fresh yuzu, grapefruit zest, and delicate white musk.”
Strong is good for this type of product, though. It’s like a bath bomb for your toilet! Flush the toilet then drop in one, just one is sufficient, and enjoy the effervescence! The scent perfumes the bathroom as it bubbles away. It also cleans the toilet. FCS recommends, “To clean, drop 1 bomb in the toilet and let sit overnight, hit it with a toilet brush in the morning and you're good to go! Deodorize -- Disinfect -- Sanitize.”
The full-sized package of 8 toilet bombs costs $12.99.
Fresh Start - Spa Mist - Retail Value $6.49
This is a very different product than any I’ve seen from FCS. The fresh smelling mist isn’t made to be sprayed onto your body. Directions say, “Spray 3-5 times into a steamy, hot shower.” You can also spray your shower walls if you want a stronger scent. The scent itself is very strong, not in a bad way, but potent, so I went with 3 spritzes into the shower mist. It really is like being at a spa. It’s an aromatherapy experience and it’s a very good one for waking up in the morning!
According to the FCS website, the scent is:
“The crisp notes of peppermint and eucalyptus blend together in this tantalizing fragrance.”
If you fall in love with it, there are two full-size options: a 4oz spray bottle for $12.99 and a 6oz spray bottle for $14.99. I’m hoping for other scents in the near future (perhaps something floral and airy?)!
Full Bloom – Laundry Scent Booster - Retail Value $7.49
This is by far my favorite scent in this box. It’s a combination of floral and fresh; perfect for spring!
According to FCS the scent is, “A bright fragrance that combines floral notes with fresh green grass to produce a clean, airy aroma.”
Directions for use, from the FCS site,“Just add 1 to 2 tablespoons directly into each load of laundry with your typical laundry detergent for an extra boost of fragrance!”
I already use a heavily scented laundry detergent and matching fabric softener so I passed this to my mom. She’s glad I did! She said it brought a fresh, spring scent to her towels.
A full size package is 12 ounces and costs $14.99. It also comes in other scents from this box. They also make a laundry detergent in this scent that I might get to use with the booster. I’m weird, my scents need to match!
Grow Through What You Go Through - Sticker - Retail Value $0.99
Every month, FCS makes around 4 stickers. They put one in each box they send out. “Grow Through What You Go Through” is the sticker I received. I’m more excited to get this sticker than I should be. I absolutely love the quote! I’ve been struggling with illness and this is a great reminder not to let it be in vain.
I don’t usually use stickers, but I love this one so much it’s going on my makeup case where I can see it everyday. To buy the full set of 4 different stickers, the cost is $3.99. All are designed by FCS and graphics and quotes are all worthy of a place in your sticker collection.
The Verdict
As always, Fortune Cookie Soap’s box hits a home run! The products are incredibly creative and the scents are fabulous. Though three of the four items were deluxe sized, Fortune Cookie Soap’s idea of deluxe is very generous; that shower mist will last me forever!
