Macy's Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, and other beauty-related products every month.

Once you've subscribed online for Beauty Box, you may be placed on a waiting list. Macy's will email you as soon as a subscription spot becomes available. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to sign up. You will have 48 hours to subscribe.
You will need to create a Macy's profile to join the Macy's Beauty Box waiting list. You don't need to provide a credit card or shipping info to join the waiting list.
Each month you will receive five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, and other beauty-related products. You'll also receive a $5 off $20+ beauty coupon exclusively for Beauty Box subscribers, available for use online and in-store.

First box, no pouch, no primer, no subscription from me! I like LM, but I’m not up for dealing with crap/shotty service. Just get me what was advertised, no substitutions. Figure it out Macys!

This one was terrible. If this box doesn’t get better next month I have to cancel as I get better size items for free when I order from ulta or Sephora. The samples were tiny foil packs. Not worth the money

Like everyone else, I got an Oops note, no primer, and no substitution. I also didn’t get the pouch pictured in the insert. I am tired of eye creams and scented oils. The last rose oil they sent me leaked everywhere! I also feel cheated by little foil packets and sample cards like you get for free just walking through the beauty section at the store.

Just got my box. No primer and no sub either. Confusing as there is nothing on the oil in the leaflet. Don’t really care about the lack of make up bag; I have too many. I like the other objects they give. Yes not a great box.

I echo what everyone else is saying. Oops note and no substitute that was in my box. No primer ( I really wanted that – I am a primer lover). I really have to think about if I keep this subscription. It feels like from their video on the Macy’s website like it is false advertising for the value we got. $51 value promoted and when you get the box with the printed card it states clearly a $31.51 value. Thats a -$20 less than advertised. I wonder if they thought we wouldn’t notice? We did. Just sad.

I used to love Macy’s box but it has been pretty disappointing of late. Now this box with little samples is pushing me towards canceling.

I just received my box today and this one is underwhelming and super confusing!
1. I received an ‘oops’ note, but no substituted product that I can tell.
2. I am missing the canvas primer
3. Inset card says it’s a $31.51 value, not $51.
4. Insert card shows a LM makeup pouch on the front. I did not get, dont know if I should have.
5. Insert does not show the eye cream stick, video does however.
I feel Macys completely missed the mark. If i am paying for sample products and they are sending foils and/or card samples, they should send more and not just the normal ‘5’ products.a fold pack or a card does not equal one ‘paid for’ sample in my eyes.

I also recieved an oops note but didn’t recieve a replacement item for the missing primer. I am disappointed in this months box. It had the ability to be a great box.

yeah… hopefully there will be some “oops” and substitutions with more full or at least, deluxe size, items… this is a bit disappointing considering the YSL curated box was SO AWESOME recently…

Yep that YSL box was excellent and I love the makeupbag. I use my makeup bags for things other than makeup. I think I have 4 in my purse right now. One for I’d and cards. One for lipstick, powder, lip balm. One holds my cash. Another hold my meds and other small items I need including my flash drive. Sometimes if I have a larger purse I will carry one that holds a small notebook and pen and misc items. Sorry. Off track here. But what do others use your bags for?

Go to the Macys website and type in Macys subscription. There should be a picture of the black makeup bag with “love” on it. Underneath that is a red circle. That’s the YSL bag.

Usually those are special offers with a beauty purchase, but I am not seeing an offer for a beauty box if I add any beauty items to my cart, and I can’t find it under YSL either.🤷♀️

I agree with you! I dont have the energy nor the desire to drive to the store to ask for free samples. So I rather pay them to send them to me.

Our local Macys doesn’t give out samples. You can try the item in store but can’t take anything home. Unless you know a salesperson willing to get some out of hiding for you. Macys actually charges $2 on your invoice for a gwp. So if return item but no gift they will charge you 2 for that.

I was very sad to miss last month box and signed up with the hope to receive it. Getting this one instead and Im thrilled.
I like that Macys is the only box that resembles the good old BB days with the inclusion of genuine brands you can actually buy at the beauty counter.
For me, this is the best discovery sub in the less than $20 price tag.

I will wait until I get this months box…small samples and 2 foil samples. The powder is a foil sample. Not cool. If it is not great I will cancel and find another box. I am loyal but this just feels bad. They could have really blown it out of the water with the Laura Mercier. Especially after last month’s box with a shower cap. Trying to be Zen about this.

Not a good month. All tiny samples. No perfume samples which I love. On the Macy’s order email the pic shows a cute Laura Mercier bag in the video it shows a lip instead. Would have wanted the bag instead
