After scoring a killer deal on a trio of sweatshirts last month, I decided I needed to "beat the heat" for July and opt for something a little more warm-weather friendly. Per usual, I requested my membership credit early, and patiently watched the Fabletics website. Because they drop new styles throughout the month, you never quite know what you will find. This is great, except for the fact that some styles may sell out as you are waiting. I had a couple of outfits marked in my favorites section and decided to take the plunge with some cheetah print. After June's mega sale, I had my hopes set high on scoring another 3-piece bundle with my membership credit, but alas, no such luck. I decided instead to opt for one of the new styles dropped this month and ended up choosing this purrfect cheetah bundle. With a retail price of $119.90, I was able to use my $54.95 membership credit to purchase, for a savings of $65. Pretty darn good savings for a set that is this cute! See what was included below.

With July in full swing, it has been hot, hot, hot! Being extra ambitious, I signed up to participate in a 5K run in support to end Alzheimer's and I need to get my butt in shape. I don't enjoy running, but with the aid of Pandora, Couch to 5K, Map My Fitness, and my children's encouragement, I have been running/jogging/partially walking 2 miles every day. Wanting a tank top that is functional, cool, and has the coverage I desire, I had to give this tank top a try. Being light as well as moisture wicking, this piece has been perfect for my muggy morning adventures, and the open back helps me stay cool, as well as gives it a flair of design without being too revealing. I ordered a size large, and it is pretty form fitting, so if you are looking for a looser fit, I suggest sizing up. I am so happy with this tank that I think this just might be the one I wear to the actual event - wish me luck!

Even though I order these pieces as a set, I was able to choose the colors/patterns based on the inventory they had left in my size. With a ton of options, it was really hard to choose, but I ended up going with this burnt orange cheetah print pair. Featuring a pocket on the waist band, these tight-fitting leggings are moisture wicking and provide UPF protection. Compressing in all of the right places, I managed to run my course with very limited hiking up of the pants. They are comfortable, cool, and look totally awesome. My only complaint is the lack of the side pocket some of the other versions have - I love using that to store my phone! Otherwise, these leggings are like I said above....puurrrrrfect.

Ready to run, I am ready to 5K it up. I'm slightly hoping these cheetah print leggings will give me a bit of a power boost as I really want to beat my 2017 time!
Verdict
Like I mentioned above, this month I was looking for a functional outfit to keep me cool while running and I certainly found it! Fitting perfectly and being completely functional, this outfit hit all the checkmarks for me, landing it as the outfit of choice for next month's run. Not only does Fabletics offer a variety of styles, patterns, and fits, but the quality of their products is top notch. I have leggings from years ago that still compress and look the same as they did when I bought them, which really says something about this brand. All in all, I am smitten. Value Breakdown: Without the VIP Membership Credit, the Condition 2-Piece Outfit retails at $119.90 for guests.
