Fabletics is a monthly fitness apparel subscription co-founded by Kate Hudson, which includes a plus-size line of their fashionable workout gear! You can shop their line in two different ways—either you can shop through their regular store or sign up as a VIP member.
The cost is $49.95 a month, which goes towards the cost of the outfits curated for you. Outfit cost varies, but you’ll only be charged for what you choose to actually buy.
Unlike a lot of other subscription boxes, you are not automatically sent a package each month. You have to go into your account and either decide to add items to your cart or skip it. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, though you do have to call Fabletics customer service to do so.

I had noticed recently that Fabletics started offering swimsuits. I figured, why not give it a go, right? I would have showed you it without the leggings, but WOW. They described it as sexy, but they didn't mention all of your butt hangs out of this one! This is definitely a suit I would wear if I had a private pool because even if I am super comfortable with my body-ody-ody, this is a bit much for the local neighborhood pool. I love the print and fabric, but would love it if they offered more support for the chest too! Fabletics offers a lot of sports bra with some support in them, I wouldn't mind finding a one or two piece from them that is a bit easier to wear. That all being said, I dig this paired with the matching leggings for a cat suit look. I did simple styling with sharp black cat eye glasses and jellies from Torrid.

There was a 50% off of everything the weekend that I made my order, so your gal went buck wild! I decided it was a must to have the Extend set in this lovely burnt orange animal print. The sports bra, like so many from Fabletics, fits like a dream. It is incredibly comfortable and gives ample support. I love the cutesy cut outs too-- gives a flirty, yet strong look. I love too that I could easily wear this one with black leggings or shorts and mix up my looks a bit too.

Much like the sports bra, these leggings are fantastic! They fit well and hold me in, but I do wonder if a 4X would have been a better option. The fabric has loads of stretch, but looks whiter in parts like on my back end. I don't know if going up a size would be the better option since these provide so much support and fit well otherwise. These are versatile like the sports bra and can be paired a black sports bra, T-shirt, or even on errands with a tied at the midsection or cropped t-shirt. These are great for working out in, but also great for every day wear. I haven't traveled since the pandemic began, but I would definitely wear these leggings if I were going on a flight. Toss on the leggings with sneakers, sandals, or boots and and oversized shirt that goes slightly off the shoulder with a bulky cardigan and you are set!

As soon as I saw this amazing retro floral print-- you know your girl had to get this set! I love the baby pink, olive green, and neon lime yellow shades in this set. Absolutely adorable! I have tried the Kessler style sports bra before in a previous review. Not necessarily my favorite since it provides such little coverage in the back. I do love the unique detail with the stretchy strips, it incredibly unique and fun. However, I am not a fan of how I feel like I somewhat hang out on the sides. I would honestly prefer if this print was available in the Oasis twist style bra. It is probably my favorite for function and style that Fabletics offers.

These shorts might be my favorite of all the selections this month. They fit so well and the fabric is immensely soft and stretchy. The design is like a shorter version of the leggings I reviewed last month. Both pieces have the elastic strips making a cross hatch on the back waist portion. Can you tell I have a type? Truly, though, I know I will be wearing these not only to work out in, but layered under cute little baby doll dresses for a cute peek-a-boo effect. Not only are they adorable, but they prevent chub rub like a champ!
Verdict
This month's Fabletics pieces were bold, bright, and perfect for the summer time! I am in love with both outfits and am so glad I was able to get such good deals with Fabletics 50% off VIP Sale. If you read my reviews, you know I gravitate to all that is animal print and '60s/'70s inspired florals. Sure, there were some things I would change about each piece, namely the Kessler sports bra style, but I ultimately love every single piece I received this month. Fabletics is a brand I have been suggesting to my friends since I began reviewing them for a reason! The quality and styles are remarkable and the size range is decent. Certainly, I was beyond excited when Fabletics extended their plus size range to a 4X. However, I do hope to see them offer 5X and 6X options as well. Considering how Fabletics strives to be inclusive, I don't see that being incredibly far off. I have been reviewing the brand for five years and have only seen it make leaps and bounds in improvements. For one, they update their collections weekly on Thursdays and each piece is typically available in sizes XXS through 4X. I only see it getting better—especially with their plus size options. It is so refreshing to see so many styles available in every single size! I am eager for the day that that isn't something to compliment a brand on, but something to expect as common place. Secondly, a true cherry on top of a fantastic sundae, are their amazing sales! I still am blown away I got every single piece featured this month for 50% off! I can't help but suggest the Fabletics brand to anyone seeking stylish, yet affordable activewear. Do you love Fabletics as much as I do? Are you as pumped as I am to see what I get next month too?
