My husband recently took our other wireless speaker to use in his office, so we were in need of a new one for our home. This seemed like a great option that would also be perfect for our upcoming beach trip since it's waterproof!

First, let's get the technical specs out of the way. This is an IPX7 waterproof speaker, which means it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes and it should still work properly. While I don't plan to test that out on purpose, I think that means it will be a great speaker to have outside by the pool or at the beach and that it might hold up to some of the shenanigans that my kiddos get up to! It also has DSP which should aid in sound quality if my understanding is correct. One feature that I think is really cool is the True Wireless Stereo mode, which requires two speakers but allows you to get a surround sound effect since they connect with one another.
It came with an Aux cord as well as a USB to USB-C cord for charging and the battery provides a playback time of about 8-10 hours. It should work up to 15 meters away from your device and while I'm not sure exactly how far away it was, I was impressed that I was able to take my phone into the basement without it affecting the playback. It also paired very quickly and easily to my phone.

Here are some closer looks at the speaker. It is lightweight but still feels like a quality speaker and I like that it has a carrying clip on one side so you can attach it to your bag. It also has feet which I thought was nice and the waterproof door on the other side is actually quite difficult to get open, which is a good sign. The sound quality was decent and I was able to get the volume pretty loud so I can imagine how great the TWS would be with two speakers! This little thing can really pump the bass, too! Overall, it does the trick for our needs and it's easy to operate.

Value Breakdown: We received a speaker and a coin pouch with a total retail value of about $73 which is a good bit of savings on some great new accessories.
