This quarter’s theme is ‘Sweet Picnic,’ and I have to say… Although I’m not the kind of person who enjoys eating outdoors, at least not in a picnic type setting, at first glance this box looks absolutely adorable. I can’t wait to see what items have been selected for this curation, so let’s get to it!

What's Inside the Summer 2022 "Sweet Picnic" Pusheen Box
PUSHEEN BOX Raglan T-Shirt

I love this t-shirt! The design is very cute, with an outline of Pusheen and the text ‘Catpusheeno.’ Love, love, love it. One thing I have to say, however, is that this shirt didn’t come in the size I have selected for my subscription. It is very large, as you’ll see since I couldn’t fit the entire shirt into the frame for the product photo above. That being said, I think this will be the most perfectly cozy, comfortable shirt that will double as a nightgown for me, especially because of how vertically challenged I am. It feels like a great quality shirt, and I’m sure it’ll last me for a long while.
PUSHEEN BOX Reusable Ice Pack
This ice pack has an adorable design of what I can only describe as a Pusheen version of a strawberry-flavored Swiss roll snack cake with a whole strawberry and a dollop of whipped cream to top it off. Definitely the cutest ice pack I’ll ever own. I love the shape of this pack; it’s square and pretty thin, which makes it perfect for when you’re traveling light with only a few items that need to be kept cold. I’ll be getting some great use out of this ice pack over the summer.
PUSHEEN BOX Collapsible Snack Box

OMG, this is officially the sweetest little snack container I’ve ever seen in my life. There’s an adorable Pusheen getting ready to enjoy a delicious treat, along with the words, “Feelin’ Like a Snack.” This is the perfect size for a small portion of leftovers or snacks during travel, at work, or while otherwise on-the-go. My favorite thing is that this container is collapsible, which makes it space-saving for storage when it’s not in use.
PUSHEEN BOX Picnic Blanket

This picnic blanket is great! I love how functional, but also cute, it is. It’s large enough to fit at least two grown adults, which really impressed me. I definitely was not expecting it to be quite so big, so bonus points there. The texture is really interesting. It feels almost like a waterproof type of texture, and that’s the upside to it, but the only downside is that it’s not a plush blanket by any means, so if you like some additional support, bring a pillow or two. The imagery on this blanket is adorable, though, and it’s the Affogato Pusheen (same design as the plush) in another form.
PUSHEEN BOX Picnic Tote
I love the pattern on this picnic tote! It’s Pusheen in three forms: as a croissant, as a cinnamon bun, and as a mini cupcake. I really do love this. So cute. However, as an insulated picnic tote, this could be better. It doesn’t zip shut or anything, and it’s a bit shallow in my opinion, so your options are a bit limited. I do wish the bag handles were more like shoulder straps too. Again, this is super cute but slightly less functional than it could be. Although, I do love how perfectly it fits in with this box’s theme.
PUSHEEN BOX Bottle Opener

This bottle opener is not only super cute but also functional, which I appreciate. The design on top is a little Pusheen in the form of a tasty looking croissant, yum. A bottle opener is the perfect inclusion for the picnic theme of this box. Whether you’re lounging on the beach or just around the house during a heat wave, having one of these (not to mention one as adorable as this) will certainly come in handy.
PUSHEEN BOX Affogato Pusheen Plush
Now, I don’t know about you, but I personally was not entirely sure what an ‘affogato’ was until I looked it up online. I knew it had something to do with coffee, but what I didn’t realize is that it’s in fact an Italian coffee-based dessert, most often taking the form of a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso. We learn something new every day! This stuffed Affogato Pusheen is actually really cute, even though it’s Pusheen sitting atop something that’s supposed to be eaten. Not sure how I feel about that mental image… Just think of all the cat fur. This plush is nice and soft to the touch, which I do appreciate, and it’s a lovely addition to any Pusheen collector’s stash.
PUSHEEN BOX Meowchiato Vinyl Toy
Okay, now this little vinyl toy is called a ‘Meowchiato.’ Come on, even the name is precious. I love this. Like the affogato plush, this figure is Pusheen in the form of a macchiato. The craftsmanship is overall nice on this piece. It feels sturdy and well-made. If you’re a collector, you’ll enjoy this. Personally, I do find this figurine quite cute, but I really have no need for something like this. I’ll likely end up passing this along to one of my younger cousins who loves the Pusheen character.
My Verdict
I thought this was a great Pusheen Box! It perfectly suits its theme of ‘Sweet Picnic,’ and truly does provide all you need for your next picnic, beach day, pool day, or any other summertime fun. I’m a huge fan of an adorable design that also brings functionality to the table, so I was thrilled with the collapsible snack box, the bottle opener, and the ice pack. Not only cute and aesthetically pleasing but also functional, so a win-win for me. For the collectors out there, this box included an adorable vinyl toy of Pusheen in the form of a ‘Meowchiato,’ along with an Affogato Pusheen plush. Then we have the useful picnic tote and picnic blanket, both with a great design and full functionality. These are just the things you need in order to make your day out as painless as possible. Lastly, the Catpusheeno t-shirt! It arrived in a larger size that I don’t normally receive, but I’m thrilled to have this. And guess what, it just became my new favorite night shirt. Overall, I thought this was a truly adorable box. I love how they stuck with the theme, delivering not just cuteness but also functionality,
