The Friends Box is a quarterly subscription box filled with exclusive, officially-licensed merch from the hit TV show. Each box comes with collectibles, apparel, and friend-tastic accessories based on beloved characters, memorable episodes, and seasonal cues. This Friends box was inspired by Season 5, centered around one episode: The One With All The Thanksgivings.

The Friends Box starts at $35.99 per box and ships every quarter. (Quarterly plan is $39.99 per box; Annual plan is $149.36, which breaks down to $35.99 per box.)

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

First Impressions: "The One With All The Thanksgivings"

This box was a throwback to one of my favorite episodes: "The One With All The Thanksgivings." I probably rewatch this episode at least four to five times every year…if not more! The box is filled with Thanksgiving-themed items, including the Friends cookbook!

What’s Inside the Box

Central Perk Apron

Perhaps the most useful item in the box. The Central Perk apron got me channeling my inner Gunther as I tried to whip up a coffee in the morning. It has two nice sizeable pockets, and the fabric is quite stiff, so definitely good for baking or perhaps BBQing.

Friends Cookbook

I was surprised to find this in the box. I had no idea there was a Friends’ cookbook. I cannot wait for Thanksgiving, so I can try to replicate Ross’s sandwich. I promise I’ll read the recipe twice to ensure mine doesn’t taste like feet!

Tea Towel

I’m the type that matches her tea towels to the season, so this one is an excellent add-on for me. Plus, I love that only my true Friends fans will recognize what it’s all about.

Bento Box

I work from home, but I still like to have some containers around whenever we go to the beach or when I head over to a park. I wanted that it has everything you need to pack a quick lunch. And it has built-in handles to make it look like a picnic basket.

Cupcake Liners

I haven’t baked in quite some time. But I can’t wait to try one of the recipes from the book and use these adorable liners. They’re perfect for Friendsgiving!

Glass Tumbler

Every box comes with a collectible item, and this time is a glass tumbler with one of the most epic pictures ever. This can double as a tremendous Friendsgiving gift if you don’t want to keep it.

Placemat Set

To go with the placemat set from the previous box, you can now extend your collection with these Thanksgiving-themed ones. I love the Turkey Day one; I’ll definitely be serving some turkey with that one.

Was the Box Worth It?

This box included the cookbook that sells for $29.99; the box is only $39.99 ($35.99 on the annual plan) , which makes it worth it. The bento box, apron, and glass tumbler also make great additions. Overall, this box includes exceptional items I can see myself using around the house for the festivities.

To Wrap It Up

Is this box still available?  No! However, there is still time to subscribe and receive the Christmas box before it’s sold out.

What, no Geller Cup? Nothing about Emma wearing Alicia Mae Emery’s outfit?

I’m confused.. The post says $36, but right underneath it says $40. Which is correct?
