I'm not typically much of a pink-wearer, but I do love them in the company of other warm tones, so I find this pair fun and summery. I'm amazed by the different personalities this shape of earring can take depending on the size, shape, and colors of beads strung on them. If you browse through the various colorways of the Annie Mixed Beaded Hoop Earrings you'll see what I mean. As is often the case, I browsed through and noticed a pair or two that I may have chosen before the one that came in my box, but I'm still happy with what I received. They are a fun creative challenge, and add some variety into my selection. I don't have any earrings this color!

INK+ALLOY has singlehandedly made a hoop-wearer out of me. I always loved the shape on other people but felt they were too classic for my style. Not if they're loaded up with brightly colored glass beads, though! I tried this pair on with a few different outfits the day I got them, and was surprised when my favorite was this patterned dress. The earthy burgundy-brown pulled out the deeper tones in among the beads nicely.
Verdict
I'm having so much fun playing with the eye-catching pinks, oranges, and reds in these glass-beaded hoop earrings. I may have chosen a different color combo if I'd had the option, but I'm loving the way this combo serves as an outfit prompt as we enter into the warmer weather.
