This month’s box is the ‘Kickback Edition.’ I’m excited to see what type of ‘kickback’ Izzy and Liv have planned for their subscribers this time. Let’s find out!
Now, on to the items!
IZZY AND LIV Who Made the Potato Salad T-Shirt - Listed Value $25
Each month, this box includes a signature wearable product; usually a t-shirt or a tank top. The creative design on this t-shirt is by far my favorite ever from this subscription. I’m not wild about the bland beige color of the material, but the phrase is really cute. Definitely the most comedic graphic tee I’ve seen from Izzy and Liv, which is really fun. Subscribers could have received one of two prints: Beauty, Radiance, and Strength and Who Made the Potato Salad. Obviously, I received ‘Who Made the Potato Salad,’ and I’m loving it.
IZZY AND LIV She Ate Paper Plates, Pour It Up Paper Cups, and Wipe Me Down Cocktail Napkins - Listed Value $12 (Plates), $10 (Cups), $10 (Napkins)
This paper plate, paper cup, and napkin set is super cute. I love how well the design goes with the complementing picnic mat. The bright patterns are nice for summer. Even though I’m not one for outdoor feasts, I do love adding a bit of convenience in my life every now and again. So, for those days when I don’t have time to do the dishes, this dinnerware set couldn’t be more perfect. For both the paper plates and paper cups only, subscribers could have received one of four prints.
IZZY AND LIV We Are the World Reusable Food Storage Baggies, 4-pc - Listed Value $15
I love these reusable food storage baggies. This is something I will most definitely be using on a daily basis. I will always have leftovers of some form… So, rather than using disposable Ziploc bags, I’ve recently made the switch to reusable baggies, and I will always need more. I truly love how eco-friendly they are, and the fun design of these makes them even better. The seal works well and does a great job of keeping your food fresh. These baggies can look like a hassle to wash and dry, but ever since I got a handy little tool that holds open my Ziplocs, allowing them to dry fully, I’ve had zero issues. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to minimize your carbon footprint, and that’s something I’m quite passionate about, so these baggies are a win for me.
IZZY AND LIV Sitting Pretty Travel Picnic Mat - Listed Value $38
Summer is the time for picnics in the park with family, and this picnic mat couldn’t be more perfect for such an occasion. Now, I’m personally not a huge fan of eating outdoors, but if you’re into that kind of thing, you’ll be happy to have this. I love how compactly the mat breaks down; very convenient and easy to keep in the trunk for if ever an impromptu picnic opportunity presents itself. Both the color scheme and pattern is eye-catching and definitely gives me summer vibes. Since this isn’t something I’d likely use on a regular basis, I’ll be passing this along to a friend of mine who enjoys partaking in outdoor eating. Subscribers could have received one of four prints.
Verdict
This was a great month for Brown Sugar Box! For me, the highlight of this box was definitely the t-shirt. Hands down, my favorite Izzy and Liv shirt. Next, the reusable food storage baggies will absolutely come in handy, and I love the fact that it helps to lower my carbon footprint. The dinnerware of plates, cups, and napkins is also incredibly convenient for my everyday life, so I was happy to see this set included in this box. Lastly, the picnic mat… It’s perfect for summertime especially if you’re a fan of impromptu picnics, but for my purposes, I’ll be passing this along to a friend. Overall, I thought this was an awesome box. I love how cohesive the theme is in regard to the product inclusions, and the value is there.
