"Nothing to lose & a world to see" is such a fantastic quote. At 34 years old, I have accomplished a lot of what I had hoped at this age, and I'm finally truly encompassing the "nothing to lose" mindset. Honestly, it feels really good, and with that there is an entire world to see! Hooray for summer vacation, and bring it on, world!
While I do like to travel a bit, I am more of a homebody and need structure and organization to keep my anxiety at bay. Part of my nightly routine is lighting a candle and sitting down to journal. Vellabox has completely changed my candle life and I am forever grateful. Large in size and health-conscious, this subscription includes a candle that literally lasts me the entire month, and is suited perfectly to my fragrance desires. Not only are the scents fantastic, but they also include a surprise gift and Spotify playlist, creating not just a box, but an entire experience.

Simple in design yet impactful in fragrance, this month's Vellabox candle proved to be one of my favorites. Created by Keystone Inspired Co., this soy candle has a burn time of 75-80 hours, and features notes of citrus, sea salt, and drift wood. Encompassing flavors of the sea, this beachy scented candle is light enough to let burn for hours, yet strong enough to leave your room smelling like an oasis. So much so that my husband (who hates candles) enjoys it! I love the fact that this candle is clean burning and doesn't puff up soot, and is so chic in design. Keep 'em coming Vellabox! Your monthly picks rock!

"See You Later" Luggage Tag - Retail Value $10

Honestly, I don't do a whole lot of traveling, but I do have one suitcase that is in need of a sophisticated luggage tag. This tag is made from "leatherette" material, which means it is not derived from animal products. The stitching is neat and even, and the strap and hardware seems durable. Cute in appearance, I like the quote, and it looks really cute on my suitcase. Now I just need to make some travel plans!
Was This Box Worth It?
The Cost: $38
Vellabox is honestly a subscription box that has ultimately been a life changer. Pre-Vellabox, I was spending a ton of money on big box store candles that would last only days and cover my walls with soot. With Vellabox's high quality, health-conscious candles, our furnace filter is much cleaner, I've saved money, and I've discovered some really cool bonus items. Since starting this subscription, these are honestly the only candles I burn. $38 for a candle that lasts the entire month, plus an on-trend (and useful) bonus gift - count me in! I can't wait to see what's in store for July!
