Along with my beauty items, I received an info card that details what items are in the box. Summer is going by a little too quickly for my liking. I can't believe we are in July! Looking forward to seeing what fun items we get in our box this month.

Medusa's Eye Dust (Penny Wise) – Retail Value $9.00

Jumping right into our July review with my favorite Medusa's eye dust EVER! (It seems others agree too as it's one of Medusa's best sellers). The color Penny Wise is a bronze shimmery delight, and the product lasts forever.

While I put a light dusting on, the product is buildable, so have fun with it!
Medusa's Halo Glow (Beach Bunny) – Retail Value $15.00

Summer is all about keeping that fresh dewy glow, and this Halo Glow face stick will help you to do just that. I love that this item is small and can be taken on the go for a midday touch up.

Medusa's Tinted Lip Balm (Hustle), 4 g – Retail Value $12.00

Looking for intense moisture and a sheer pop of color? This tinted lip balm may be for you as it's the best of both worlds! I am completely digging this cranberry lip color.

This color is a lot more vibrant than other tinted balms I've used in the past, which I love!
Medusa's Liquid Eyeshadow (Sophia), 3 ml – Retail Value $14.00

Our next item is giving Little Mermaid and I'm here for it! This metallic under-the-sea shadow is rich in color and has a high shimmer sheen. You get the sparkle but without the glitter everywhere mess.

I was a little nervous about the bold blue on my eyes at first, but it's so pretty! Such a great statement shadow.
Mascara Brush – Listed Value $2

In addition to using the liquid shadow on eyelids, you can also use the product on the tip of lashes. Medusa's mascara brush is perfect for application. I love the subtleness of the blue on my lashes and want to try this method with other colors. The brush is synthetic, vegan, and was soft on my lashes.
Happily Witch Hazel, 4 fl oz – Retail Value $14.00
Our last item in this month's box is a facial toner from Medusa's sister brand Happily. Witch hazel has been used as a cleansing ingredient for as long as I can remember and is really effective in refreshing and hydrating skin.
I used this product to help cleanse my face after my makeup reviews and it left my face feeling clean and hydrated. I don't usually use toner in my skin routine because most are alcohol based, so am pleased with this non-alcohol option.
The Verdict
I very much enjoyed this month's Medusa's Makeup July box! Honestly, I was all in after seeing my favorite eye dust Penny Wise. This has been a repeat item a couple of times and I'm always ecstatic about it as I can never get enough of this product. I also received two other repeat items in different colors, the tinted lip balm and face glow stick. Out of previous glow sticks received by Medusa's Makeup, the Beach Bunny shade may be my fave. The cranberry shade of the lip balm is also a hit. Vibrant enough to be seen, but doesn't lack moisture at all. The dual use of the liquid shadow is so neat. I liked the color on the tips of my lashes the best. And after all that makeup application, it was nice to rejuvenate my skin with the witch hazel. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the intense hydration of the toner as I'm so use to alcohol based ones, which tend to lack. What a great summer haul!
