Along with my beauty items, I received an info card that details what items are in the box. Y'all, it is Medusa's Makeup's 7th birthday! What a reason to celebrate! I'm expecting sparkle, bright colors, and all items that will give salute to this special occasion. Happy Birthday, Medusa's Makeup!

Starting this month of celebration off with a bath product named to fit our birthday party! Take a nice soak in Medusa's birthday cake bath salts (that smell just like birthday cake, BTW). I received this in a previous box last year, but didn't yet have a tub. But now I do, and I can do a thorough review. And my review is...I love it. haha. The salts smell amazing, my skin was left feeling soft, and the glitter left a nice lasting glow to my skin. Perfect for a celebration!

More birthday cake products! This lip balm smells so delicious. If you like birthday cake like me, you'll continuously lick your lips throughout the day. Which is cool, because it taste as good as it smells!
Medusa's Unicorn Glitter Blush Brush – Listed Value $10.00
I am living for this spectacular unicorn blush brush. The pink throughout the bristles and the pink glittery design truly makes applying makeup with this brush a magical experience (much like a unicorn).

You can't go to a party without a little pop of blush, and as always, Medusa has you covered. Can we talk about this uber-adorable packaging? It's giving sweetheart Barbie vibes and I'm here for it.

On initial application of the blush on my cheeks, I thought it might be too light for my skin. But after blending a little more, I really like the subtle rosy glow.

The consistency of this gloss is on the thicker side, so I'd only apply a tiny amount to lips. I admire the hint of glitter, but mostly nude gloss look. Heads up, it's a glitter gloss, so you will need to be mindful of that when washing it off. (Use coconut oil!)
Medusa's Baked Eye Shadow (Surf) – Listed Value $14.00

How pretty is this aquamarine color shadow? I am a big fan of Medusa's baked eye shadows because they glide on smoothly and the color is highly pigmented.

In my true Little Mermaid era with this vibrant color. I received a million compliments on this shadow as I was out and about. A little product goes a long way. This shadow turned heads all day. I love it!
LA Fresh Pretty Personal Wipe – Listed Value $2.00

Our last item in this month's birthday box is a personal wipe from the brand LA Fresh. I've started carrying personal wipes in my purse as its always nice to have a little refresh when needed. These wipes are pH-balanced for feminine use, biodegradable, and made with botanical extracts including aloe and cucumber.

In addition to all of these fabulous items I received this month, it wouldn't be a party without a couple surprises! Medusa threw in some bonus gifts this month and I received a clear makeup bag and a Trifle Cosmetics Cheek Chiffon blush & highlighter. Thanks Medusa!
The Verdict
Feeling extremely joyful with such a fun birthday box from Medusa's Makeup! It truly was a celebration unpacking each item. The lip balm, personal wipes, and blush brush are essential items in my everyday carry-on, and much appreciated. The packaging of the heart blush was so chic and trendy. The glitter gloss is perfect for outings where you need a little pop of shine and star power.
Need even more shimmer? Don't forget we have glitter bath salts that provide skin nourishment and glow. Last but certainly not least, I am smitten with the surf eye shadow. The compliments did not stop when I wore the shadow out and about and the color is stunning. Happy Birthday Medusa's Makeup! We appreciate you so much!
