Starting our October month beauty box with faux mink eyelashes. This is my second time receiving lashes from Medusa's Makeup and it feels like such a treat every time. The lashes are lightweight, easy to apply, and look so good on.
Look at the difference the eyelashes make. The lashes truly make my eyes pop!
Medusa's Mystical Eye Dust (Bubo), 3 g – Retail Value $14.00

I am so thrilled with this magical eye dust this month! Our 'Bubo' eye shadow is in a glittery lavender shade. I've learned from Medusa's site the meaning behind the name of this shadow. "In Greek mythology, a little owl (Athene noctua) Bubo traditionally represents or accompanies Athena, the virgin goddess of wisdom, or Minerva, her syncretic incarnation in Roman mythology."

I'm completely smitten with this next item. It is the cutest and sleekest black eyeliner with an adorable heart stamp! Yall, I love little heart tats!
Look how adorable this little heart is! I also love how smoothly the liner glided across my lid. A+++!

Continuing onto to our next item, one of my faves in our Medusa's box, the matte lipstick! This month's color is in a fuchsia/deep lavender. (Definitely hip to the purple theme this month).

Closing out our October review with makeup wipes! These definitely came in handy after all the fun makeup reviewing I've been doing. These wipes can be used on face, lips, and eyes.

I wasn't ready to take my eye makeup off yet (I was too in love), but my lipstick was removed in just a few wipes.
Bonus Item: Set of 24 Black/Silver Bobby Pins – Listed Value $3.99

Surprise! Medusa included a bonus item this month 🙂 I received 24 bobby pins in black and silver. Some of the pins are glittery and some matte. I am always in need of bobby pins because for some reason, I am always losing my bobby pins. Here's to keeping these beauties around, haha.
The Verdict
I don't know guys...I think this just might be my favorite Medusa's box this year! (But also, Medusa continues to surprise me, so don't hold me to this). I love every single item received! Let's go through the list. We started off strong with the lashes. These lashes were very easy to apply and really made my eyes pop. Pair that with the illustrious lavender shadow received and the beyond adorable liner and heart stamp, and you have a complete darling eye look! The deep lavender lippie took the makeup look to elevated levels. I mean, just over the moon with my beauty picks this month! I was so fortunate to have the makeup remover wipe as a box item. It came in handy after all of my makeup fun. 🙂
