CatLadyBox is a monthly subscription box for cat ladies (or anyone who is crazy about cats)! The $34.99 per month CatLadyBox has 2-3 cat-themed items – wearables, items for the home, books, etc., while the $39.99 per month Crazy CatLadyBox contains everything from the CatLadyBox plus a few items just for cats.
This is a review of the Crazy CatLadyBox.

First Impressions
As soon as the box arrives, you know your cat-loving heart is in for a good time. Everything arrives in a brown cardboard box with a black cat silhouette on it. Once you open it up, you can expect to find anything from cat-themed jewelry, clothes, home decor, and more. If you subscribe to the Crazy CatLadyBox, you'll also get a few treats for your furbaby, too.
This box does come with an info sheet, and the other side features custom artwork. This month's artist is Margaryta Yermolayeva.
The Breakdown – What’s Inside This Crazy Cat Lady Box
First, let's meet the cat that will be helping me to review this box. If you've been reading my MSA reviews for a while, you may remember my old cat, Duchess. Duchess is no longer here with me, and after a few months, I felt ready to get another cat companion. Meet Sir Goose! I adopted him when he was one month and twenty-two days old, and he was 2.2 pounds. Now he is two years old and I have yet to find a toy he won't play with!
Goose turned two at the beginning of April, and he weighs in at fourteen pounds! He's not overweight though, according to his vet. He is just a proportionally big boy!
Black Cat Mystique Shirt - Value $22.99
I quite like this shirt- I like the Victorian-esque ornate filigree that decorates the silhouette of a black cat in the center of the shirt. The fabric is buttery soft and feels great on the skin, and I think this is a fun way to show off your love of cats without it being too in-your-face.
Black Cat Mug - Value $19.99
I also quite like this mug! It has a black matte base with shiny black filigree overlaid on it (the pattern matches the shirt, too!), and then you have two black cat ears at the top. It's a fun nod to cats while being very subtle, and the overall design is perfect when you are embracing the spooky season.
Black Cat Bookends - Value $19.99
How cool are these!! Cat Lady Box sends some great cat-themed items that are also functional and practical, and these bookends are a great example of that. I actually don't own any bookends as it is, so I will be able to put this fun pair straight to good use.
Purr Royal Highness Catnip Toy - Value $6.99
This toy is charming- it's a black cat, dressed up in his very own Halloween costume to look like a member of royalty.
Goose liked rubbing his face against it, which is about as good as it gets in terms of a seal (purr?) of approval.
Rotten Banana Catnip Toy - Value $4.99
This is a fun take on a banana- it's black and has a scowling face, which seems apt for a rotten banana.
This is the toy that has been getting the most action so far, with it being in multiple different spots on the floor since getting it (meaning Goose has been playing with it when I'm not around).

Key Takeaways
The CatLadyBox "Black Cats Box" is always a winner in my experience, and that held true this year too. I love my soft shirt with the fun black designs on it, and adore how the bookends are both practical and cute. The mug is perfect for this time of year, when I am brewing more warm beverages than I do in the summer. Overall, I think this was a great box. If you're looking for fun cat-themed items you can enjoy around your home and share with your feline friend, you're going to see a lot more value in this box than someone who is going strictly off of listed values (or who desires brand name products in a box).
