First Impressions
Self care is important for anyone, but I've noticed an increased need for it myself recently with the uptick in my anxiety. Long soaks in the bathtub are definitely my go-to, but when time is of the essence, a hot shower can do the trick to boost my mood. That being said, when I was given the opportunity to review the Tubless Bath Bevy box, I couldn't pass it up. Reading Jessica's reviews for years, this subscription has been on my wish list forever, and now I get to see what it's all about! Read below to see what we received in the February box.

After a fantastic January Bath Bevy Tubless box, I was thrilled to see this blue and white box in my mailbox. With three individuals using the contents throughout the month, we have a couple of things left, but were in need of replenishment. Again, this month's box was heavy in weight and packaged so nicely. Photos seriously don't do this box justice! Put together like a gift set, this subscription looks and feels like a heartfelt present. Besides the items, Bath Bevy also includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Last month was my first in-person experience with Bath Bevy. While I had read dozens of previous reviews, I was really excited to try it out myself, and loved the Hot Cocoa Scrub they included last month, as did my boys. If you take as many baths as our household does, you will appreciate the size of the containers! This month's whipped soap scrub smelled of fruit and vanilla, and felt incredibly soothing when lightly scrubbed on my skin. Perfect for exfoliating before shaving, or just to rejuvenate skin, this really makes my skin feel softer and more supple. The pink color was spot on this month, and the fragrance coupled with the skin benefits made it one of my favorite inclusions in the box.
Red Velvet Cupcakes Whipped Soap - Retail Value $15

The next item we received was a container of Red Velvet Cupcakes Whipped Soap. This soap was a little thicker than last month's whipped soap, but smelled of cake and frosting! Created with coconut oil, this works well for moisturizing skin, especially before shaving. Honestly, I used to absolutely hate shaving my legs, but with decadent scents of fun whipped scrubs and soaps, I find myself wanting to shave, even before needing to! Whoa!
Love Spell Body Wash - Retail Value $12

My first reaction to this body wash title and scent definitely gave off Victoria's Secret vibes. With very similar fragrance notes, this was quite nostalgic, as that was one of my go-to scents as a teenager. The blend of orange, peach, cherry blossom, and white jasmine is tantalizing at first use, and carries throughout the day on the skin. Moisturizing and cleansing, this is great for everyday use, and makes washing up extra fun. Overall a great inclusion that is perfect for Valentine's Day!
Traverse City Cherry Soy Candle by Green Daffodil - Retail Value $10

As this is only my second box, the candle inclusion was new to me, and one that I welcomed with open arms. Delicate in size, this square tin has an average burn time of 20 hours, and smells insanely delicious. With notes of sweet, tart cherries, it literally gives off gummy worm vibes in the most fun way. Sprinkled with herbs, this candle presents with a shabby chic design, and encompassed spring perfectly. A great way to spruce up my lacking Valentine's Day decor, I've been burning this continuously and am loving the ambiance it gives off.
Love Note Handmade Soap Bar by Two Wild Hares - Retail Value $10

Like I mentioned last month, handmade soap has a special place in my heart. I love the rustic look the rough edges give off, and this "Love Note" version is spectacular. With purple splotches and a black line, it is very intriguing to the eye, and smells like mandarin orange, bergamot, tangerine, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, and white musk. Silky and soft on the hands, it is great for washing off germs, as well as adding a flair of color to my overly neutral bathroom sink.
Love Spell and Pink Champagne Shower Steamers - Retail Value $12

The last items we received was this set of shower steamers. Pretty in pink and purple, these round steamers do a fantastic job of adding an invigorating scent to a quick shower. With an impressive lasting power, and even featuring a little glitter, these steamers add a fun twist to shower time.

With fruity, sweet fragrances, I felt they did a fantastic job encompassing Valentine's Day without going overboard. The items may seem a little steep in price, but the quality and curation creates multiple self care evenings throughout the month, ultimately saving money and keeping my anxiety at bay.
