And we’re back to our regular schedule, k-beauty enthusiasts! This month’s theme is “revitalize,” and honestly, yes, all the products speak to that. BomiBox is a monthly Korean beauty subscription box. Each month, you get eight full-sized and deluxe sample-sized Korean skincare, makeup, beauty, and body products.
This is a review of BomiBox Luxe, which is $39.99 per month.
This box was sent to us at no cost to review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)
First Impressions
Once again, my box arrived without any branding. I guess it’s to be expected by now. But at least some sticker or tissue paper inside the box would be nice. Wouldn’t it?
What's Inside:
Benton Aloe Real Cool Soothing Gel (300ml) – Retail Value: $16.38
This gem couldn’t have arrived at a better time. Picture this: my husband returns from a weekend race looking like a lobster (sunscreen advice? Ignored, as usual). Luckily, this gel is magic. It cools down the burn right away and feels super refreshing.
I love how it transforms from a gel to a watery essence, soaking right in and calming everything down without that sticky after-feel. Plus, it’s got herbal extracts that help tone down the redness and pain. Seriously, it works wonders for any kind of skin irritation.
Beauty tip: keep this in the fridge for extra coolness and comfort.
Elizavecca Milky Piggy Hell-Pore Clean Up AHA Fruit Toner (200ml) – Retail Value: $18.16
This toner is no joke. It’s packed with BHA and AHA—hello, dream team for banishing dead skin and deep-cleaning pores. Lactic and glycolic acids do the heavy lifting on exfoliation without stripping your skin’s barrier. It also has glycerin and niacinamide to keep things nice and balanced.
Just a heads up, though, it has many essential oils, which can be a no-go for sensitive skin types. Do a patch test first. I personally didn't get any dryness or stinginess from it, but because of those essential oils, I’m gonna sit this one out in my routine.
G9SKIN White In Milk Toner (30ml) – Estimated Value: $1.98 (Full-size 300ml at $19.79)
We saw this G9SKIN White In Milk Toner back in our December box, and honestly, I'm not upset about seeing it again—it's that good. Not only does it keep your skin super hydrated, but it also tackles hyperpigmentation like a pro. What I really like about it is the texture—it's like this milky essence that’s a bit thicker than your usual toner, which feels so luxe.
VT Essence Sun Pact SPF50+ PA+++(11g) – Retail Value: $14.50
Okay, so I’m usually not all-in on using sun cushions as your only sun protection, but as a touch-up tool? Now we’re talking. I was actually pretty stoked to try this because I’ve been on the hunt for a good sun cushion for ages. And wow, did this deliver!
Beyond sun protection, its two-in-one essence brightens, moisturizes, and even tackles anti-aging with its collagen-based formula. The built-in mirror and applicator pad are super handy, and I love that it's refillable—hello, sustainability! It feels super light on the skin, cools upon application, and helps tone down redness. It leaves a subtle satin finish that makes your skin look glowy.
Am I the only one who didn’t know this existed?!
A’PIEU Honey & Milk Lip Scrub (8ml) – Retail Value: $4.90
Loving this little find. It’s kind of like a lip balm but with walnut shell beads to scrub your lips. It’s a bit tougher than other scrubs I’ve tried, so you don’t need to use much. Definitely makes your lips super smooth, but it’s intense, so you’ll definitely want to use a thick lip balm afterwards to soothe your lips.
Elizavecca Tea Tree Deep Power Ringer Mask (1pc) – Retail Value: $1.07
I’ve come to love Elizavecca’s face masks—they fit just right and feel super soft on the skin. This TeaTree Deep Power Ringer Mask is great for anyone looking to manage oily skin. It’s packed with tea tree and witch hazel, which are awesome for oil control. There's not much to say here, but it’s a pretty nice sheet mask.
Farmstay Visible Difference Mask Sheet Collagen (1pc) – Retail Value: $1.00
I'm a big fan of Farmstay masks—they’re soaked in serum! This collagen mask is perfect for locking in moisture, especially after you’ve done something intense like an exfoliating treatment. It totally chilled out my skin. The only downside? The serum is super runny so it can get messy. But you do get a ton of it—I squeezed out enough for 4-5 uses and kept it in the fridge for next time.
Was This Box Worth It?

- A’PIEU Lip Scrub: $4.90
- Elizavecca Mask: $1.07
- Farmstay Mask: $1

Takeaways
Wrapping up this month's BomiBox journey, it was not as fun. Was this box exciting? Not really. The only exciting product in this box was the VT Sun Pact; everything else felt bland. Even when I opened the box, I felt instant disappointment because it just didn’t feel packed enough. Sure, we have some great full-sized products, but should we even consider a lip scrub a full-sized product? After all, if you think about it, we only got three full-size products and everything else was samples.
