This is a review of the 1 Puzzle Unlimited Plan, which includes one puzzle at a time.
In this plan, customers can do 2-3 puzzles per month. Once customers solve their puzzle they send it back in the same mailer. When Completing the Puzzle receives their package back, they then ship the next puzzle. They recently added a 3 day guarantee so customers that are further away aren’t waiting a long time.
They also have a 2 Puzzle Unlimited Plan, which uses the same packaging the 1 Puzzle Unlimited Plan but you get two puzzles that ship together. With this plan, you get your next pack once the current one is scanned by USPS, no waiting for the puzzle pack to make it back to their warehouse.Â

First Impressions
As a mom of two extra busy boys, life is crazy and flying by so fast, that it's been a feat to "stop and smell the roses." Because of this, I have been looking for ways to spend tech-free time with my family in a way that is budget friendly and fun, so when the opportunity to check out the Completing the Puzzle subscription came my way, I just had to give it a try.
I received my first puzzle within three days of signing up. Packaged in a heavy duty mailer, I loved the fun pattern and the inclusion of the rental instructions on the back - which are totally easy. The plastic zipper kept the contents secure, while the shipping label pocket makes return shipping a breeze.
Upon opening, I found a reusable zip-top bag containing the puzzle that was chosen for me based on my preferences, which are selected when creating an account. While you don't get to pick the puzzle you want each month, you can create a wishlist, which is where the puzzles are selected from first. With over 1,200 puzzles in inventory, from 40+ brands, you're sure to find something suited to your puzzling taste easily.
Because our puzzle does not come in a box, this wonderful company has included a laminated photo of what the completed puzzle looks like along with information about the brand, the puzzle itself, and the subscription companies social media info. This month's puzzle titled "Marbles" is from the Galison brand and works to bring more art into everyday life. With 500 pieces and a 20" x 20" design, I was impressed with the quality of the pieces and the condition they were in. This puzzle literally looked brand new, and has been sanitized using a series of fans, UVA light, and a MERV13 filter to ensure cleanliness.
Also included in this month's package was a welcome card, subscription instructions, two puzzle themed coasters, and two puzzle stickers. I am all about extra inclusions, and loved the high quality of the stickers, adding the rainbow "Puzzlin'" one to my laptop. With little additions like this, I truly felt as though I was really part of the puzzle family! 🥰
Like I mentioned above, I have been on the hunt for a fun pastime that connects our family, and discover that puzzling is the perfect fit. A great hobby that keep our minds sharp, induces conversation, and relaxes us before bed, our marble puzzle went together quite easily in just a few nights. My 9 and 11 year old boys did a fantastic job helping out with this puzzle, and enjoyed the bright colors and marble pattern. Once complete, we gently took it apart, placed it back in the zip top bag, and sent it on its way. No cramming into a closet, so no wasted space, and we will get another one within three days of Completing the Puzzle receiving our return. Cool!

As this was my first time reviewing the Completing the Puzzle subscription, I wasn't sure what to expect, but after testing it out, I am very impressed! Not only are there thousands of puzzles to add to your wish list, but you can sort them by the number of pieces as well as by theme, which the boys loved. With summer coming, we generally like to stick with smaller puzzles, and each month you can alter your preferences, which is a great feature. I also love the fact that I can get multiple puzzles a month with my one monthly fee. Puzzles are expensive, and honestly once I put it together, it goes off to the closet never to be seen again, which is a waste. Between the high quality pieces, the family feel, and the easy process, I am already a big fan of this subscription! I can't wait to see what puzzle we receive next!
