First Impressions
Hello summer is all I have to say! I am two weeks into summer vacation, and the relaxing has commenced! Though our schedule is packed, the feeling of lounging around leisurely in the mornings has helped us keep in a positive mindset, and this extra family time is just the best. That being said, mama needs her self-care time, and this month's Bath Bevy box was here to help me out. This subscription is one of my absolute favorites - read below to see why!
Unlike some subscription boxes, this blue and white box presents beautifully. Not only does this box have some serious weight to it, but it also boasts coordinating tissue paper, a sweetly placed sticker, and crinkle paper! These small but thoughtful touches make this truly feel like I am opening a gift, which makes it that much more fun! Besides the items, Bath Bevy also includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Raspberry Lemonade Bath Bomb - Retail Value $8
One of the biggest draws for me to this subscription are the bath bombs. These jumbo sized frothers are some of the longest lasting, best ones I have ever used. With fantastic combinations of fragrances and colors, they make bath time ultra relaxing and fun. This month we received a raspberry lemonade version that literally made my bath water look like (and smell like) a punch bowl! Creating a fabulous foam that swirled with pink and yellow, the combination of Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Epsom Salts, Coconut Oil, and fragrance, left my skin silky smooth. I highly, highly recommend!
Here Comes The Sun Bath Bomb - Retail Value $8
The second bath bomb we received this month was a little less exciting than the raspberry lemonade version, only because the color wasn't as vibrant. Presenting a very, very soft orange color that created white bubbles, this orange and ylang ylang scented bath bomb created a citrus oasis that relaxed me to the core. Again, the bubbles these bath bombs create are spectacular, and the boys and I can't get enough!
Calypso Bath and Body Oil - Retail Value $16
The next item we received was one that is perfect for summer skin! This mandarin, white peach, and tropical mango oil is created using nine different oils, Vitamin E, and aloe. Created to add to bath water or to be placed directly on the skin, this oil has an amazingly sweet citrus scent and rubs into the skin nicely. After a day of sand volleyball, my skin was in need of hydration, and this oil worked wonders!
Summer Sweets Fizzy Bath Dust by Two Wild Hares - Retail Value $10
Another favorite of mine is this fizzy bath dust. The ingredients are similar to those in a bath bomb, but are pounded into dust. I love the fact that you can customize your tub with the amount of fizz, and get a lot of baths out of each package. The layers of yellow and pink create a swirl of color that is beautiful! When fully mixed, it creates peach colored bath water that smells like popsicles and a Bahama mama. After soaking in this stuff, my skin is extra soft and silky!
Mandarin Lime Whipped Soap - Retail Value $15
I love the fact that Bath Bevy sends whipped soaps every month because they are so much fun. With a Cool-Whip like texture, this soap is great to use for shaving, as well as just plain washing up. Light in scent, I can pull a slight lime and orange aroma, but it's pretty mild. And just look at that container - isn't the font and clip art adorable?!
Beach Bum Soap Bar - Retail Value $10
The last item we received was this homemade bar of soap. Made from olive oil, lard, coconut oil, water, lye, phthalate free fragrance oil, mica, titanium dioxide, iron dioxide, and tin oxide, this homemade bar is a beauty! The fragrance this soap emits has all of the summer vibes including mango, pineapple, papaya, and coconut. It seriously smells so good that it has me craving an umbrella drink right now! Beautiful in presentation, the orange and pink bar has a pretty swirl on the side and looks fantastic next to the sink.
