First Impressions
Okay, this is the first PinkSeoul box I received in pristine condition. All the items were packed tightly and nicely, and they even had the cute “Thank you” sticker.
What’s Inside
BIODANCE Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask – $6
My journey with this box began with a bang: the Biodance VIRAL sheet mask. You’ve seen it on Instagram and TikTok. I had to try it for myself, and I can confirm that the glass-skin effect is real!
This mask is packed with hyaluronic acid, bio collagen, and probiotics to hydrate the skin deeply, reduce the appearance of pores and smoothen skin texture.
You can wear this overnight—yes, it will stay on—or as an intensive treatment (you must wear it for at least 3 hours). The fun thing about this mask is that it goes on like a classic gel-like sheet mask, and as time passes, it starts to turn transparent. Once you take it off, the skin feels wildly hydrated and shining. And the shine isn’t oil or excess serum—it’s literally your skin’s natural glow.
I know I sound like a salesperson for this mask (I am not). But it’s just a really fun mask that ACTUALLY works.
Pro tip: The mask itself won’t really hydrate your skin unless you start with a deeply hydrating and moisturizing skincare routine. So, if you have a skin-flooding routine, this is your chance to seal everything in with a face mask!
MIGUHARA 2-Step Whitening Mask – $4.70
This is my first time trying a two-step sheet mask, and it’s a different twist. The first step is an ampoule for skin brightening. Then, you apply the sheet mask to prevent evaporation and ensure all the ingredients are fully absorbed into the skin.
Overall, this mask has nice ingredients, and I’m sure you’ll see great results with consistent use. Obviously, I can’t talk much about the results and effects after one use.
But I will say that the ampoule and the sheet mask left my husband’s skin feeling refreshed and slightly brightened.
TONYMOLY Master Lab Intensive Damage Care Snail Mucin Mask – $1.99
I'm usually a big fan of these sheet masks. They're affordable, focused on great ingredients, and deliver. This is the first time I' try've tried the intense damage care version and WOW. You can't beat their ultra-thin skin-fitting cotton sheet mask. You really can't. They call this "nude seal" technology and honestly I get it. This mask literally clings to your skin to contour every inch. No need to cut or adjust the face mask. Sheer perfection.
ARONYX Vegan.i Biome Ampoule – $14.30
We get another Aronyx product; honestly, I don’t mind it! This mild ampoule is perfect for delivering intensive nourishment to your skin. Like other Aronyx products, it features 5 plant-derived fermented ingredients that help calm sensitive skin and promote a glowing complexion.
I love the thin dropper with the airtight nose to prevent the product from spilling. The texture is exactly what you’d expect from an ampoule: extremely watery and silky, so your skin almost instantly absorbs it.
I know that this isn’t one of those skin-transforming skincare products. But it’s a basic staple in a hydrating routine and something I always try to incorporate by the time summer rolls around.
HEIMISH All Clean White Clay Foam – $12
I’m a big fan of clay masks, but I have never tried a clay cleanser. This one has white clay that quickly absorbs residue in pores.
In case you didn’t know, clay is an excellent ingredient for removing impurities from the pores. However, it is also usually very drying, so I wouldn’t use it in my cleanser.
They thought of that, too, and this one has three types of hyaluronic acid to moisturize your skin!
Still, I can’t say I’m a 100% fan of this cleanser. The texture is THICK! It’s definitely more on the wash-off mask department, so it was tricky to apply, lather, and remove. I felt like much scrubbing was involved to get this off completely. But I was pleasantly surprised that my skin didn’t feel stripped, dried, or uncomfortable after! My skin was very calm and fresh after cleansing.
I’m not sure I’d use this as a daily cleanser, but maybe for days when I’ll do a more intensive facial cleansing at home.
NEOGEN Real Cica Pad – $20
As someone with acne, exfoliation plays a huge role in my skincare routine. However, most exfoliants tend to be too harsh, and I end up destroying my skin’s barrier. I LOVED the ingredients of these pads. It’s literally one part gentle peel, one part skin recovery essence. I’ve only used this for a little bit, but I’ve already noticed a difference in the redness going down a bit. I use these maybe 2x or 3x per week on my exfoliation days.
The only thing I’d say is that the pads themselves are made of a strange material. It’s pretty synthetic and feels almost plastic instead of traditional cotton-like pads. So bear that in mind when you try these!
ISNTREE Hyaluronic Acid Airy Sun Stick – $26.50
I literally clapped when I saw this. This would be my third sun stick from Isntree – I like it that much! It’s the perfect sun stick to carry around in your purse for touchups on the go. It leaves no white cast whatsoever, and the finish is matte-dewy, so it looks very natural. The only thing is that I don’t recommend you use this over makeup since it will pull and mess up your makeup, so keep that in mind!
