Bath Bevy is a subscription box for those who love self care. Each month subscribers will receive a thoughtfully curated box featuring bath bombs, bath salts, and other bath products from various indie brands. If you aren't a fan of baths, Bath Bevy even has a Tubless subscription option, where you'll receive handmade bath and body goodness without a single item that requires running a bath. When you subscribe to Bath Bevy, you can expect to bathe in luxury no matter if you're standing in a shower or sitting in a tub.

This is a review of the Tubless Bath Bevy box, which will not send bath bombs, bubble bars, or any other bathing product you need a bathtub for.

First Impressions

Summer is halfway over and I can't even believe it! We have been fully immersed in baseball and garden work, so a little (actually a lot) of extra clean-up time is definitely needed. Long soaks in the bathtub are definitely my go-to, but because four of us are usually in need of clean up, a hot shower can do the trick to boost my mood and remove the grime. That being said, when I was given the opportunity to review the Tubless Bath Bevy box, I couldn't pass it up. Reading Jessica's reviews for years, this subscription has been on my wish list forever, and now I get to see what it's all about! Read below to see what we received in the July box.

I have to say, each and every month I look forward to receiving this beautiful blue and white box in the mail. Packaged so delicately with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a sticker to top it off, this truly is presented like a gift. And can we talk about this month's tissue paper for one extra second? Look at those bananas!!! Soooo cute!!! (I saved this to package one of my friends birthday gifts!!) Anyways, this box is heavy! It's packed with goodies, and includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Bath Bevy "Summer Beach Party" Tubless July 2024 Review

Shower Steamers - Set of Two - Retail Value $12

Because I am such a fan of bath bombs, I sometimes felt like I was missing out when taking a shower. The Bath Bevy Tubless box keeps you from feeling that way with the addition of their shower steamers. This month we received two scented disks that are created with sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, grapeseed oil, polysorbate 80, fragrance, and coloring, to create a scented oasis that adds an extra zip to a regular shower. Lasting longer than any other steamer I have tried, these disks are fabulous! The included scents are Key Lime and Piña Colada, and both are quite true to nature. Giving tropical vibes to two showers, I was impressed with the longevity of the disks and scents, and am really happy with the inclusion.

Catchin' Waves Handmade Soap by Two Wild Hares - Retail Value $10

I love homemade soap bars, and the amazing color choices and fragrances Two Wild Hares produce makes them unbeatable. Created with olive oil, lard, coconut oil, lye, phthalate free fragrance oil, mica, titanium dioxide, manganese violet, iron oxide, and coloring, these soaps turn an ordinary bathroom vanity into something fun and unique. This month's "Catchin' Waves" version is a tsunami of tropical fruit with mango, pineapple, banana, berry, and coconut. With such a pretty presentation, everyone in my family enjoys using this and appreciates the delicious scents.

Blue Hawaiian Body Wash - Retail Value $12

We use a ton of body wash in our house, especially in the summer when the majority of our time is spent in the garden or on the baseball diamond. This month's blue version is seriously scented like a tropical drink. With notes of juicy orange, lemon, maraschino cherries, pineapple, açaí berry, sea spray, and coconut, vanilla rum, and fresh ozonic notes, this is reminiscent of a beachy umbrella drink. While the scent doesn't last long, my kids love washing up with it, and love the bubbly lather it creates.

Paradise Punch Whipped Soap Scrub - Retail Value $15

Another must-have in the summer is this soap scrub. Created with notes of blue raspberry lemonade and orange, this citrusy scented scrub is amazing at exfoliating skin, but also removing stubborn dirt from knee caps, feet, and everywhere else! Created with sugar, this scrub is gentle enough for frequent use, and dissolves easy in warm water. A must in my pre-shave routine, my summer skin has never looked so good!

Mojito Soy Candle by No Ennui - Retail Value $8

I love candles, and this month's version has a scent throw that is really impressive! Featuring notes of mint and citrus, this lights up the bathroom and looks pretty while doing it. Made with soy wax, a cotton wick, and phthalate -free fragrance oils, this is a candle I feel good about burning in my home, and I love the fact that it fits into this month's curation perfectly.

Coconut Milk Mango Body Lotion - Retail Value $12

I've mentioned above that we spend a lot of time in the garden, so daily showers and bath are necessary. To keep our skin from drying out, this month we received a bottle of Coconut Milk Mango body lotion. This lotion has the perfect consistency and is great for hydrating skin. Scented with mango, pineapple, goji berry, and coconut milk, this seriously smells like a piña colada, and does a great job at giving skin a moisturized look and feel without being sticky or greasy.

Value – Was This Box Worth It?

The Cost: $43.21 per month + $7.95 shipping.

Value Breakdown: Everything in this box is handmade by Bath Bevy or another small artist. The prices for everything adds up to over $69, which is way more than the cost of the box plus shipping.

Key Takeaways

Bath Bevy is seriously one of my favorite subscriptions of all times. Bath and shower goodies are expensive, and with two water-loving boys in our house (plus myself), prior to this subscription, I couldn't keep up! This subscription has changed our shower experiences, and turned it into a fun, relaxing part of our evening. All of the items in this box are created to coordinate, and they stick to the presented theme extremely well. The "Summer Beach Party" theme this month was captured perfectly by the citrus and fruit flavors we discovered, and it has created multiple self-care evenings throughout the month. With large containers of each product, this is sure to last you through the entire month. I am already looking forward to August's box! If you love using artisan bath products, but taking baths isn't your thing, I recommend checking out this Bath Bevy Tubless subscription.
