INK+ALLOY is a female-founded accessory brand with a mission to empower women through every day, modern pieces that make a bold statement. Their accessories are all designed in Atlanta, and made both in Atlanta and by artisans in India. Their seed bead earrings are hand-woven and their Insider Club sends one surprise pair of earrings per month for $25/month. That's 25-30% savings + free shipping!

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Opening The Box

INK+ALLOY subscribers can look forward to receiving their earrings arriving in a small white box, typically with their name written on the front. Often (though not always) there's a card included that offers information about INK+ALLOY's charitable giving and care instructions for your new earrings—not this month! Since I've been a long-term subscriber of the INSIDERS Club, I know that it's recommended not to shower or swim with my handmade earrings on, so I'm fine with the low-waste no-card approach.

Here's What's Inside

Ava Geo Shapes Beaded Earrings — Retail Value $38

I love this 'desert evening' take on late summer with my July earrings. The black, teal, rust, and cream tones are so rich, but with a faint shimmer thanks to the delicate seed bead earrings. This particular colorblock color combo isn't currently on the site, but here is the Blush colorway. There are also earrings with this same Ava silhouette but different bead patterns available. I love what I was sent! It feels well within my regular color scheme but also not overplayed.

My ears don't always love a post earring these days—they can feel pinchy to me, especially when the earrings have weight to them. But these ones are practically weightless! They were quite comfortable for a day of wear. I liked how they felt with my black-and-white striped dress that day.

The Verdict

INK+ALLOY has sent so many bright and playful earrings my way, and I loved the change of pace with the deeper tones this month. These geometric beaded earrings are lightweight and just my style.

Hi there, I'm Christen. I am all sorts of things:

🌳 a writer who loves to convey feeling

🌲 a mother who wants to have just as much fun as my kids do

🌳 an outdoors-lover who prioritizes spending time outside with my family

🌲 a low-maintenance self-carer

🌳 a general hungry person with an unstoppable sweet tooth

You'll find me collecting stationery and squirreling away stickers, riding bikes and swimming with my family, creating outfits in colors and silhouettes that make me feel amazing, wearing big earrings, drinking beer and asking my husband to feed me harmonies to sing, taking my vitamins, living for dancing to live music, roping everyone into a craft, being human and vulnerable, and celebrating the phenomenon of being alive.

...and doing it all with energy, delight, and jokes along the way.
