First Impressions
Guess what?! It's August, and summer is on the wind down. This last week I have had a hard time coming to terms with the new school year starting, but I think I am finally starting to get ready. My anxiety has been a little amped up, and aromatherapy has been key in my management. My day was made when I found this month's Wicked Good box had arrived! With a theme of "Brat Summer" it encompasses all things sassy and summer, and was just what I was in need of to settle my mood. Read below to see what I discovered.

"Girl, So Confusing" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 mL - Listed Value $18
I love this Brat Summer theme, though had to look up what it was all about! 😆 <--- I'm 36 so a little bit out of the loop! The first perfume roller we received definitely lived up to it's name! "Girl, So Confusing" is a mix of black pepper, rhubarb, wild rose, geranium, clove, caramel, and amber. I wouldn't have guessed that combo would be a wearable fragrance, but it was magnificent! Fruity, floral, spicy, and musky, I found this to wear very nicely as a daily fragrance and didn't need to apply often. A great way to transition to fall, I am also a fan of the green simplistic label - Thanks Charli XCX! So cute!
"Wild Child" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 mL - Listed Value $18
I love this subscription because you never know what you are going to get. We have had some months where it's all different items, some with all perfume rollers, and this one with three perfume rollers and a spray. I am down for anything, so was happy to receive this perfume oil roller in the "Wild Child" scent. Featuring notes of sugar, beetroot, rain, and moist earth, this does have a beautifully earthy scent to it. When applied, I was immediately transported to a mossy fairy garden, and am definitely a fan. The scent is not only relaxing, but a great way to incorporate fragrance in regular day to day life.
"Party Monster" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 mL - Listed Value $18
The last perfume roller we received was of the "Party Monster" variety. What type of fragrance would a title like this elicit you ask? Ginger, gold raspberry, sweet vanilla, and ylang ylang it is! Fruity to the core, this does have a slight Bacardi Razz vibe to it, and I'm all for it! Perfect for applying behind your ears, on your neck, and in your elbow creases, this is a sensual scent, and one perfect for going out! I love these oils because they last so much longer than a regular spray, and the scent combos are AMAZING!
"Brat Summer" Eaux De Parfum - Listed Value $39
The last item we received was this one ounce bottle of perfume spray. Packaged in a nice sized glass bottle with the coordinating green label, this scent definitely screams summer. With notes of lemon zest, juicy watermelon, cassis leaves, strawberry gariguette, poppy, cherry blossom, earthy woods, tonka bean, and sugared amber, I am in love! The blend seems like so much when listed, but all melds together perfectly. At first sniff, it is a little musky, but slowly blends into a fruity, earthy aroma that lingers in your fabrics. A fabulous way to end your summer, this fragrance is definitely it!
