It is September and fall is on the horizon. With two weeks of school under my belt, our schedules are adjusting, and we are loving the crisp September air! After a very busy week, a weekend of rest and relaxation was necessary and this month's Vellabox came at exactly the right time. Encompassing all things warm, cozy, and relaxing - this box was exactly what I needed for a self-care Friday night. September is here, and it has been welcomed by such a treat from Vellabox. This month's fragrance is full of sweet and spice and was created with notes of bergamot, spruce, cypress, sage, palo Santo, patchouli, dark musk, smoke, pumpkin, fir, anise, nutmeg, and cedarwood. Truly capturing the essence of a golden autumn evening, this candle literally emits scents of crisp, fall air. I am extremely impressed with the simplistic beauty of the amber jar and fun font, and love the flickering it emits when lit. With an impressive scent throw, it is stronger than some fragrances, but in the best way possible. Set in my dining room, the outdoors are brought into all of my downstairs rooms in mere minutes. This might just be my new favorite scent ever!

Made in small batches, these candles are developed and sourced with clean burning ingredients that are eco-friendly, sustainable, cruelty-free, non-toxic, and free from parabens and phthalates. Because I love this month's candle inclusion so much, I was thrilled to receive a set of air fresheners with a similar scent! With crisp notes of apple, pear, ozone, linen, eucalyptus, moss, wood, and musk, the scent of fresh air was really captured in these air fresheners. To enjoy, I opened the packaging up halfway, and placed it in my car. While beautiful in design, with the printed river and trees, the smell is what was most impressive, and I am happy I was sent two so I have one leftover for future use!

Vellabox is a fabulous subscription, and one I look forward to receiving each and every month. I literally burn candles every single night as part of my relaxation routine, and these natural candles are ones I feel good about burning. Since starting this subscription, I have stopped burning big-box store candles, and have replaced them with these, which has made a huge impact on our furnace filter! The combination of the sunset hayride candle, air fresheners, and Spotify playlist continues to leave me impressed. I already can't wait to see what's in store for October.
