First Impressions
It's hard to believe, but September has come like a flash, and we are already more than halfway through this beautiful month! I have survived the first four weeks of school, and my anxiety has actually been okay. That being said, I have still been utilizing aromatherapy daily to keep it from revving up, and this month's Wicked Good box arrived to help switch things up! With a theme of "Lake House," September's box encompassed all things nostalgic and tranquil, which really helped create a relaxed mood. Read below to see what I discovered.

"Twilight Campfire" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 mL - Listed Value $18
This month's "Lake House" theme is definitely right up my alley, and I couldn't be more into this perfume roller scent. This glass bottled roller contains 10mL of delicious oil featuring notes of smoky sandalwood, toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean, and murky water. (Not sure about the inclusion of murky water, but I'm just going to go with it.) This warm fragrance literally smells like marshmallows roasting over a fire, bringing back all of the feelings of a summer night. The scent is deep and a little smoky creating a pretty sexy scent. Because this is an oil roller, the aroma does last quite a while, but I like to toss it in my purse to revamp throughout the day. A fabulous scent, this month is already off to a great start!
"Lakeside Breeze" Perfume Mist, 60mL - $24.95
The next item we received was a 60mL plastic bottle of perfume mist. This mist can be utilized in a variety of ways: body spray, hair perfume, shower steam spray, room spray, air freshener, car spray, linen spray, meditation spray, and calming sleep spray. Featuring notes of fresh linen, watery cucumber, green tea, sea grass, and lake water, the light scent isn't overbearing, but just right. For me, the cucumber and linen scents are first detected, but I can also pick out the hints of green tea. The spraying device on the bottle is a bit wider than a regular perfume spritz, so it hits a larger area in less pumps. I have utilized this as a pillow spray and room spray, and am happy with the crisp scent it offers. Another great inclusion!
"Relax You're On Lake Time" Elixir - Retail Value $19.95
Lake time is definitely something special isn't it? As if non-existent, time doesn't matter when at the lake. That being said, how does one encompass this wonderful experience in a bottle? With notes of eucalyptus, spearmint, cattail, and tea leaves of course! Designed as ''magic in a bottle'' this elixir is highly concentrated and can be used for moisturizing skin, hair, and nails. The eucalyptus and spearmint are definitely the high roller notes in this oil, and a little bit definitely goes a long way. I have been using this oil on my legs and the amount of moisture it has added to my dry ankles and knees is amazing! I am definitely a fan.
"Cedarwood Cottage" Eaux De Parfum - Listed Value $39
The last item we received was this one ounce bottle of perfume spray. Housed in a glass bottle with spray cap, this scent is unlike the rest and offers an earthy, bright aroma. Featuring notes of cedar, leather, wild fruits, woods, moss, and birch, I appreciated the change of pace and and natural scent this provided. Tree-based scents tend to be my favorite, and this combination is spot on. While this perfume doesn't last as long as the oil roller, I do enjoy the way this scent fades into the skin, creating a subtle sexiness. A great end to a fabulous box!
