First Impressions
I absolutely adore kitty cats! In my 36 years, I have never known life without one, so when the opportunity to review the CatLadyBox arrived, I snapped it right up. The little gal that will be helping me test out this box is my 15 year old best friend named Miley Mae. She has been with me through thick and thin, and while elderly, is still as sassy as ever. Let's dig in, shall we?!
Although I love most animals, cats are where it's at for me! I only have one precious feline, but I absolutely adore this subscription. Seeing this brown cardboard box with the kitty silhouette, is a highlight of my month. Packaged in black tissue paper held together by a sticker, it presents as a lovely gift that has the potential to hold anything from cat-themed jewelry, clothes, home decor, and more. If you subscribe to the Crazy CatLadyBox, you'll get a few treats for your furbaby, too.
Along with the items, this box also comes with an info sheet, featuring custom artwork on the opposing side. This month's art was created by Noir Pixel Studio and features the sweetest orange kitty snuggled up on the couch in a blanket. I enjoy this inclusion because though it is just a content card, the artwork is great for adding to your fridge or bulletin board as an extra pop of fun!

While I love cute tees, I absolutely adore sweatshirts! This particular hoodie is made out of cotton and is ultra soft. While not extremely thick, I appreciate the mid-weight it provides, and love the pastel font. "Easily Distracted by Cats" is an accurate quote that represents me, and I love it! I ordered a medium, and because this company utilizes unisex sizing, discovered that it fits me perfect. Paired with jeans, this gives a casual look and is extra snuggly! Great for winter, I appreciate this addition to my wardrobe and have been wearing it often.
Frosty Feline Felt Coasters - Listed Value $12.99
The next item we received was a set of felt cat-shaped coasters. Featuring four different colored versions, this set works well to protect surfaces, all while debuting my love for kitty cats. I appreciate the thickness of these coasters as well as the width. They hold a variety of sizes of drinks and even my cereal bowls! We did receive a set of coasters not too long ago, (cork based) so I'm a little bummed we received another set so soon, but did find them super cute.
Whisker Keepers Keepsake Jars - Retail Value $9.99
I have had cats all of my life and honestly have never come across a lost whisker! Because of that, I was a little lost at the use of these glass tubes, but my sister shared a few photos of her kitties whiskers that she recently swept up. Because of my lack of whiskers, I offered her these little glass tubes, but she didn't see the point. She did mention a co-worker of hers who is cat obsessed was inquiring about these, so I think I will wrap them up and give them to her as a little Christmas gift. They are really cute!
Kitten Mitten Catnip Toy - Listed Value $5.99
I have mentioned this before, but I'll mention it again. Miley is pretty old, and while agile and snuggly, she really doesn't appreciate toys like I wish she would. Cat Lady Box includes toys that are always cute and match the months theme. This mitten has a knit like pattern on it, which was perfect for winter. While Miley didn't "play" with this toy, she did snuggle up with it to sniff, and ended up falling asleep.
Frosty Feline Snow Kitty Catnip Toy - Listed Value $5.99
The second toy we received was a snowflake printed cat silhouette. Also featuring catnip, this will maybe make some kitties go wild, but put Miley right into snuggle mode. Because Miley didn't utilize this toy to its full extent, Charlie decided to use it for decoration next to his mini Christmas tree instead. Silly boy!
