Bespoke Post is a monthly membership club that delivers high-quality lifestyle products from up-and-coming brands. It’s voted as one of the best men’s subscription boxes of 2024 by our readers and it’s a great box for women and couples as well.
When you sign up, there’s a quiz to determine your preferences and interests, and then you’re matched with a differently-themed box every month. For $49 a month, each box promises at least $70 in retail value with items ranging from outdoor gear, barware, home, kitchen goods, clothing, and more. If you're not into what's selected for you, there are many others to choose from.
Unlike most subscription boxes, you get to preview your Bespoke Post box before it ships, and you can easily swap for a different box or skip the month for no charge. You only pay for the months that interest you.
This is a review of the "Feast" box.

First Impressions
Bespoke Post almost always has a good presentation. They usually have a different, perfect-sized box – or bag – for everything. The month was a little different, because I received a few boxes at once. They were shipped together. THAT box had all the Bespoke Post presentation and the smaller ones inside were just taped up as you see.

Hammer & Stahl Carving Knife & Fork Set - Retail Price $89
I have been eyeing this carving set from Hammer Stahl for many months and finally decided to pull the trigger. The knife is crafted from German high-carbon stainless steel, so it’ll keep its edge well. If honed regularly, it should only need sharpened once or twice a year. The handle is made of ABS plastic with the look of pakkawood, giving the elegance of wood with the durability of hard plastic. The knife is accompanied by an equally high-quality carving fork. The set is fashioned with a quad-tang design with exposed steel on all four sides for exquisite balance and comfort in the hand. The carving knife measures 12" with a 8-inch blade. The fork is 13" with 6-inch tines. Both are hefty and robust in your hand. In addition to the well-made carving set, I very much appreciate the thoughtful, foam-fitted box they come in. I see no reason I wouldn't store them in this nice box instead of a drawer or magnetic strip.
Verdict
I've ordered many knives from Bespoke Post, but these may be the nicest. I like how heavy they feel in my hands and how mature they look on the shelf. I'll feel a step closer to "adulting" using them, rather than hacking away with a kitchen knife and fork. I really like the handles, even if they are not real wood. And again, I like the box they came in rather than a sheath or nothing at all. I probably should have grabbed these right before Thanksgiving, but there's no time like the present. Now I just need to plan a large roast or turkey dinner so I can bust these bad boys out.
Let's Talk About Value
This carving set retails for $90. That's a $36 value against the cost of this subscription ($54 including shipping). That's sort of on the high side for Bespoke Post. The money I saved will definitely be used to buy a roast of some sort. Or, if you don't have one, you could buy a honing rod.
