Inside the February/March 2025 Box
This first peek at the February/March Love Goodly looks like a cosmetics-heavy delivery. Is my new signature color in here? One can only hope!
Info about each product is listed inside the folded card. Here you'll also find a little about which charity this month's box supports, plus a 15% a discount code for purchases made from their shop. Typically the month's products are available in the Love Goodly shop shop a little after the box launches, so if you need to re-up on a product you fell in love with, it'll be there waiting for you to buy with your 15% discount.
VIP subscribers will receive an extra product, and a separate card describing it. An additional card was sent this month asking for reviews of the previous box. If you leave a review of the December/January box on their website they'll take 15% off your next Love Goodly delivery.
Emani Perfect 10 Primer Serum, 35 ml – Retail Value $38
First up is this plant-based, silicone-free cream serum for firming, moisturizing, and soothing skin with 10 healing plants like avocado, aloe, and calendula. It could totally work as a standalone moisturizer, but it also doubles as a primer to prep for makeup. Truthfully, I've never done a full face of makeup—I have freckly skin that makes foundation feel like tricky territory, and I prefer a natural look for myself. So I've never had the need for a daily primer, which is why I love that this one is multipurpose.

This serum is creamy, with a refreshing citronella scent to it. It absorbs nicely and feels light. So far I've applied a simple moisturizer on top a couple of mornings; I didn't feel the need on others. And, this goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: the vintage look of this bottle is so amazing on my bathroom counter.
Emani Double Lash Mascara, 7 ml – Retail Value $28
From the same nontoxic, woman-owned K-beauty brand as the primer serum, we have another multitasker. This is a black mascara and lash serum in one, made for achieving thicker, longer lashes with volume and curve. Some ingredients that help promote lash density over time are organic mung bean and red clover extracts. You'd never know all this great stuff was going on just by looking at the wand!
This stuff looks a little chunky on the wand, and I did a little good old-fashioned procrastinating with trying it because I wasn't in the mood for a mess. But, nope! I was wrong! The mascara goes on smooth and light. I used my brow wand to separate some clumps, but that's nothing outside the norm. This mascara's a keeper.
Fluency Beauty I am.Brave. Lipstick, 0.06 oz – Retail Value $25
Why am I so skeptical this month? I saw the deep color of this lipstick in the tube and couldn't imagine it possibly being the bold, bright red that's on the box. I read on the info card that beets and radishes provide the buildable color, and from past experiences with beet-pigmented lipstick I know the color it provides can be disappointingly weak. That said, I do love that it's infused with nourishing plant oils and antioxidants for lip healing and protection. I also LOVE that the tube is biodegradable (it's made from corn), so when it's empty you can wipe it out and toss it in the recycling or compost. The inner core is recyclable aluminum.
My skepticism was proven wrong again! The color here is incredible! It's a fresh take on red, with almost a tinge of magenta. The application honestly wasn't smooth, and it took some work to try and achieve an even color. I can't speak to longevity yet, as I was meeting with a contractor right after taking these photos and decided to wipe it off. But I will say that it didn't leave any unwanted stain behind! That's something!
Aromafume Anahata Heart Chakra Balancing Mist, 100 ml – Retail Value $12.99
Finally for regular subscribers is this room/linen spray. It came in vacuum-sealed plastic around both the bottle and the outer box. I appreciate this precaution against leaks. It's not meant to be used on the skin, though it's vegan and non-toxic, so the little sprinkles of mist that fall down over you when you spray it are nothing to worry about. The info card says:
"Created by a Chakra Alignment Herb Master, the Anahata Heart Chakra Natural Mist is associated with love and compassion. Deeply inhale its sweet, fruity, and floral scent to help release self-doubt, hatred, and grief, and receive love and acceptance, fostering a more open and compassionate heart."
I'm mostly picking up on the floral aspect of the scent, it's a surprisingly powdery experience, and very light. I think spraying it on linens would be a great use.
Raeka Lather Down Cleanser, 148 ml – Retail Value $28
VIP subscribers have one more product to look forward to, this foamy facial cleanser for purifying skin, unclogging pores, removing impurities, and leaving your skin refreshed and balanced. There are all sorts of ingredients in this cleanser that I'm meeting for the first time—namely Nannari (also known as sarsaparilla), which can be found in drinks but also has natural cleansing, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties for the skin. But clove oil, nutmeg oil, turmeric, and acacia are in there for hydration, nourishment, natural exfoliation, and more.

When I saw the Lather Down name I assumed it was body wash and put it in my shower. When I realized it was cleanser I actually decided to keep it in the shower anyway, because its light, foamy application felt really nice in the steam.
Verdict
Love Goodly was full of surprises this month! It was heavy on the makeup, offering up two vegan cosmetics that I wasn't so sure would land for me, but ultimately impressed me very much. They're rounded out with a serum-meets-primer, a lovely air mist, and if you're a VIP subscriber, a foamy cleanser. This box felt like it spanned categories nicely and each product does what it does well.
