Finally the days are warming up! After a chilly and gloomy winter, picking out my items for the Allture Spring 2025 box a few weeks ago definitely got me in the mood for spring!
Alltrue is a quarterly subscription that provides a customizable curation of socially conscious lifestyle products. The choices seemed geared towards someone a bit younger than me, still building and filling a household. However, I did find some practical items that I never knew I needed and gave me the spring vibe that I desperately wanted.

How does Alltrue work?
Each Alltrue box contains 6-8 products. There are different levels of customization available to their annual and seasonal subscribers.
From Alltrue:
Every seasonal box includes 6-8 sustainable, full size products, at sample size prices — and annual members get to customize the products that go in each box!
As a reviewer, I was able to customize all tiers of this box, and even received a few extra items for certain tiers. For the value breakdown, I will only include the items that I chose, not the extras. This season I focused on accessories, skincare and housewares.
The booklet that came with the box was more brief that the Winter 2024 booklet. It shows all the options for each category as well as a few coupon codes.
What's Inside The Alltrue Box?
I chose 6 items and was sent 2 bonus items to review. Because of this, the box I received was enormous, with the standard branded Alltrue inside, plus the items that didn’t fit. Each season Alltrue has a different branded box - I love to see what new pattern will appear. As usual, everything was well packaged, with just enough packing material for some padding.
Upon opening the box the booklet sits atop another layer of cardboard, which then opened up to reveal my items. This size box was a great fit and everything arrived in one piece.
This season's box had 6 categories.
Category 6
Denik Notebook Set - Retail Value $19
For this category I chose a two pack of lined notebooks with beautifully illustrated covers. The truth is, I love lists. While I use my phone for almost everything, I still use paper for menu planning, grocery lists, and to-do lists for the family (because I may or may not have a child who will be playing games on his phone while claiming, "Mom, I was looking at your list!").
The plan was to use these as a nice upgrade from the post-it notes and spiral notebooks my family is used to seeing on the kitchen island. However, before I could photograph them out of the package, my husband decided that these would be perfect for work - the bright colors meant he wouldn't lose them, and the unique floral patterns meant his co-workers wouldn't take them.
Category 5
For this level there were two extra items.
Small Hours Set of 2 Silicone Food Bags - Retail Value $24
I got silicone food bags in a previous box and wanted more. These are a different brand, but they all seem to function the same. My criteria is that they seal well, and aren’t a headache to fill or clean.
I must admit, I wasn’t using the 2 bags I had as much as I had intended. Two just isn’t quite enough to make a habit. I prep lunches for myself to bring to work 4-5 days a week, and having 4 bags now means I won’t have to be washing and repacking the same set every evening.
Lujo Bar Lavender Shower Steamers (set of 4) - Retail Value $22
I have really sensitive skin and an allergy to many fragrance components, so I tend to shy away from trying new beauty products. However, this item hit the jackpot because: 1) I know lavender is a safe fragrance for me; and 2) with a shower steamer I get all the benefit of the scent, without the risk of the product transferring to my face, causing a reaction.
In general, I’m more of a bath girl - I tend to use epsom salts or bubble bath. These steamers are a nice way to get some of that same relaxation when it’s hair washing day. A single steamer actually lasted for two showers since it wasn't placed directly under the stream of water and the lingering aroma kept my bathroom smelling like a spa.
Category 4
Matr Boomie Heart Shaped Pinch Dish - Retail Value $15
Truth time. When making my choices for this box I read that this was a “pinch dish" but I didn't exactly process that phrase. So when it arrived it was tinier than I expected. As I read through the booklet and saw that this could be used for flaky salt, I realized the pinch that it was reffering to. It is adorable though.
I have it set out in the kitchen as a ring dish, which it is the perfect size for. The mango wood is a nice tone, not too yellow or too red or too dark. I also like that it was handmade and the wood was sustainably harvested. It makes me happy to see the little heart on the kitchen island.
Category 3
Once again, I was sent multiple options for this level.
To the Market Reusable Gift Wrap 3 pack - Retail Value $46
Would I ever buy these on my own? No. Will I use them? Yes. My sister saw these as an option and asked me to get them, so her birthday gift will be wrapped in one of these. As for the other two, this is a nice reminder to consider other options for presenting gifts. But at the end of the day, they are just 3 large squares of fabric.
The color variety is nice, and it was easy to quickly wrap up and tie one around the berry colander box. One downside is that the the fold marks are very obvious, and ironing isn’t exactly my thing. But I’ll keep these on hand for last minute wrapping emergencies!
Purpose Jewelry Ava Necklace (brass) - Retail Value $40
Extra Item
This is a simple pounded brass pendant on a chain. The way it was packaged, in a fine mesh pouch, prominently featured that it was made by survivors of human trafficking.
I love that it is simple and neutral and has heft to it, and you can tell that it is actually made of brass. The craftmanship is so flawless that it almost looks like it isn't handmade! A truly lovely, versatile piece.
Category 2
Alltrue + Antra Svarcs Berry Colander - Retail Value $25
This is the item I was most excited about: a cheery ceramic colander painted with strawberries. It features the work of the same artist as the lemon pitcher from a previous box. Just right for summer, they look adorable together on the table.
My son sits down to eat a package of strawberries daily, and this is a definite upgrade to our table from the worn metal colander he usually uses for rinsing them (the metal tears the delicate strawberry skin and would make them go bad sooner - if there were any left). The bottom holes let the berries drain well and the side holes are perfectly placed in between the berries. As an added bonus, the classic bowl shape makes it easy to store.
Category 1
Small Hours Reusable Frosted Glass Cleaning Spray Bottles (Set of 2) - Retail Value $58
These were packaged so nicely they could easily be gifted, paired with a natural cleaning concentrate.
These reusable bottles are sturdy, but not too heavy. They feature an attractive frosted glass with a non-slip silicon boot. The boots are 2 different colors, so products don’t get confused. For a kitchen upgrade I will definitely be swapping out the plastic spray bottles under the kitchen sink for these beauties.
Value - Was This Box Worth It?

The Cost: $79.95 per quarter + free shipping within the contiguous USA ($7.95 shipping Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories), or $69.95 per box when you sign up for an annual subscription.
The Alltrue Spring 2025 Box contains 6 items. This subscription states a value up to $250+ in value per box. My chosen items added up to a total of $187, which is a bit less than promised but still a good value.
Lots of items in this box will actually get put to use: berry colander, frosted glass spray bottles, silicone food bags, shower steamers, notebooks, and the heart dish. These are all very practical additions or upgrades for our household.
As always, the box came with a little magazine featuring all the choices in each category, plus some articles featuring recipes and ideas to use the featured products, and information about the brands. It also features discount codes for some of the included brands, which is a nice bonus.
