First Impressions
April is here, and with it comes some wild Minnesota weather! I’ve been praying for warm temps and sunshine since January—and instead, we’ve been blessed with snow, rain, and wind. The upside to these conditions? More indoor time! So this month’s “Spa Day”–themed Bath Bevy box arrived at just the right moment. Featuring ultra-luxurious, relaxing, and even tubless items, this box is definitely one of my absolute favorites. Read on to see why!
I have to say, each and every month I look forward to receiving this beautiful blue and white box in the mail. Packaged so delicately with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a sticker to top it off, this truly is presented like a gift. PLUS this box is heavy! It's packed with goodies, and includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Lemongrass Shower Steamer Cube - Retail Value $9.00
Baseball season has started, and this year Hank is able to play junior high ball—which means he has practice every single day. I didn’t realize how long our nights might get! Gone are the days of a nightly soak—here’s to quick showers before bed. Since we have less time, these shower steamers have been a great way to sneak in a little self-care without a big time commitment. This particular version was shaped into a larger square divided into four smaller sections, allowing for up to four uses. The lemongrass scent was especially lovely—it offered a bright, citrusy aroma with an earthy twist that was absolutely delish. While the cubes themselves don’t last long in the shower, the scent lingers, creating a relaxing and invigorating atmosphere. I love these steamers!
Lemon Sugar Body Lotion - Retail Value $12.00
The next item I received was a bottle of Lemon Sugar Body Lotion. As I get older, I find myself more drawn to the tart essence of lemon, and I absolutely love the fragrance of this lotion. Similar in scent to a lemon shortbread cookie, it smells good enough to eat. With a medium consistency, it does a great job moisturizing after a hot shower and pairs perfectly with the lemongrass steamer.
Spa Day Tealight 4-Pack by Green Daffodil - Retail Value $12.00
Candles are definitely one of my favorite items to receive, and this four-pack was delightful. Featuring four tea lights packaged in a small satchel, these soy candles help create a spa-like ambiance—even when time is short! With a natural floral aroma, I really appreciated the subtle scent and the inclusion of dried petal specks. Beautiful in design and wonderful in fragrance, this was a perfect addition to the Spa Day theme, and I love that it’s a multi-use item!
Spa Day Whipped Soap Scrub - Retail Value $15.00
Soap scrub is definitely one of my family’s favorite inclusions in the tubless box. Made with sugar, this soapy scrub does a fabulous job of gently cleaning off the day’s grime. It’s fun to use and super functional—especially helpful before a shave or after a stint in the garden. This month’s scent was one of our favorites: citrusy and sweet. The green color was also a big hit with the kids—it makes clean-up time more fun and exciting. And with two boys, that’s important!
Orchid Nourishing Face Mask - Retail Value $8.00
The next item I received fit perfectly with the spa theme and was something new to me from this box! The Orchid Nourishing Face Mask came in a resealable pouch, allowing for multiple applications. Packed with skin-loving vitamins and minerals, this floral-scented mask also contains orchid extract—a humectant that provides deep nourishment and hydration. My skin has been a little extra greasy lately, so this was a very welcome addition! It helped restore my skin’s balance and left it feeling extra soft and supple.
Cucumber Hot & Cold Eye Pads - Retail Value $5.50
The last item I received was actually one of my son’s favorites! This set of cucumber hot and cold eye pads includes two little round, fluid-filled pads that can be either microwaved or frozen. After a long day, they feel amazing on tired eyes and heat up super quickly—just 10 seconds in the microwave! Charlie has really appreciated this inclusion and has been using them for a few minutes before bed to unwind from his day. He’s really enjoyed them—and so have I!
