BomiBox KBeauty Review March 2025

This month’s BomiBox had me glistening like a salmon sashimi under good lighting. 🍣✨

If this month had a theme, I’d call it “Glow Getter Goals.” It’s giving radiant skin energy with some of the hottest ingredients in K-beauty right now—PDRN (yes, that ingredient), plus glutathione, niacinamide, and willow-BHA. Basically, it’s a box full of glow-boosters for that glass skin fantasy. What more could you ask for? Honestly, this one made my little skincare-loving heart very, very happy.

BomiBox is a monthly Korean beauty subscription box. Each month, you get eight full-sized and deluxe sample-sized Korean skincare, makeup, beauty, and body products.

This is a review of BomiBox Luxe, which is $39.99 per month.

This box was sent to us at no cost to review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

First Impressions

Box arrived in perfect condition, and yes—I clapped when I saw the Medicube products. Instant excitement.

What’s Inside:

Be the Skin Pore Zero BHA+ Cleansing Foam – Retail Value: $12

We got the exfoliator version of this back in August and I liked it, so this felt like a nice little reunion. It’s a foaming cleanser but not that super fluffy, bubbly type. It’s more of a creamy foam, which I actually prefer because it doesn’t leave my face feeling tight or squeaky.

That said, it is a BHA cleanser, so if your skin leans dry or sensitive, I’d keep it to once or twice a week. I might even use this on my chest and shoulders when I’m dealing with body acne.

Medicube Glutathione Glow Serum – Retail Value: $28

If you’re into brightening serums, this one’s worth your attention. It has glutathione and niacinamide, and it’s actually the updated version of their popular AGE-R serum.

The texture is super light. No stickiness, no heavy feeling. It sinks in fast and layers well with sunscreen. I did notice a little bit of a “clinical” scent, but it fades. This is definitely going in my morning lineup.

Medicube PDRN Pink Hyaluronic Moisturizing Cream – Retail Value: $27

Now this one got me genuinely excited — it’s the first time I’ve gotten a PDRN product in a BomiBox. PDRN is having a moment right now, especially for barrier repair and plump, glowy skin. The texture is a dream — a lightweight, watery gel that just melts into your face.

I stuck it in the fridge and used it after a hot shower and wow… so calming, so fresh. You could totally use this day and night. I’m going to try using it consistently for the next couple of weeks to see how it really performs, but first impression? Love.

VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot EX Vitamin Modeling Pack – Retail Value: $3.65

Okay, confession: I don’t love modeling masks. I find them messy and kind of a hassle. But I will say this one is fun to try when you have the time. It’s got those reedle microneedles for deeper product absorption and vitamin C for glow.

You mix it, lay down, let it dry, and then peel it off — very “treat yourself” energy. It also does a solid job at tightening and clearing out the skin. Just not something I’d do on a weeknight when I’m already half-asleep by 9:30.

Frudia Blueberry Hydrating Honey Lip Balm – Retail Value: $8

This lip balm is so good. I’m a bit of a lip balm snob because I go through them constantly and most of them just… don’t hydrate. They sit on top of your lips and vanish in 10 minutes.

This one? It actually lasts. I put it on in the morning, drank my coffee, answered emails, and by noon my lips still felt soft. It’s got that sweet blueberry scent but nothing too intense. Honestly, I’ll be scraping the bottom of this jar when I run out.

MISSHA Airy Fit Honey Sheet Mask – Retail Value: $2

A classic. One of my favorites. It fits really well (no weird chin flaps) and the material is super soft. This honey version is perfect for those dry skin days when you want a little extra nourishment. I always keep a couple of these on hand.

Elizavecca Milk Deep Power Ringer Mask – Retail Value: $1.80

Another reliable K-beauty mask. This one has milk extract and it’s supposed to help brighten and even out tone. I’ve used a few of these before and while results aren’t instant, they’re great as part of a regular routine. Plus, they’re super affordable if you want to stock up.

Was this Box Worth It?

Total Value: $82.45

The Cost: $39.99

Value Breakdown:

  • Be the Skin Cleanser: $12
  • Medicube Serum: $28
  • Medicube Cream: $27
  • VT Cosmetics Mask: $3.65
  • Frudia Lip Balm: $8
  • MISSHA Mask: $2
  • Elizavecca Mask: $1.80

Honestly? This box was so fun. You get trending ingredients like PDRN, a cult favorite serum, two solid masks, and even a cleanser to complete the routine. If you wanted to, you could legit use the cleanser, serum, and cream and be done. I love that.

I’m especially excited to see what long-term PDRN use does for my skin, and that Frudia lip balm is already in my purse. BomiBox nailed it this month.
