This month’s box might look a little “basic” at first glance—but in the best way. It’s full of staple products that work. No gimmicks, no fluff. Just a really solid routine that feels perfect for that spring-into-summer skincare switch-up. And it includes one of my ride-or-die cleansing balms, so honestly, I was sold from the start.
PinkSeoul Plus is a bi-monthly Korean beauty subscription that curates full-sized, customized products based on your skin type and age group. The Plus version is geared toward those 35 and older (hi, that’s me), and the picks are often a little more targeted and routine-building.
You can also shop their online store if you're not ready to commit to a subscription but still want the K-beauty goods.
PinkSeoul offers two subscription types:
- PinkSeoul Box – $39.95 every two months, $60+ retail value
- PinkSeoul Plus Box – $49.95 every two months, $80+ retail value
Both come with at least 4 full-size items, one accessory, and lots of thoughtful curation.
PS: You can get 10% off your first box with code MSA10.

First Impressions
Everything came beautifully packed. No spills, no broken seals, no crushed packaging. Off to a good start.
What’s Inside
Mixsoon Centella Asiatica Toner – Retail Value $16
I have a soft spot for Mixsoon. Their products always feel like a warm hug for your skin, especially if you're dealing with sensitive or irritated skin. This toner isn’t flashy, but it’s reliable. I actually already had a bottle in rotation for my “skin-minimalism” nights, and this backup is more than welcome.
Heimish All Clean Balm – Retail Value $9.99
This balm is basically K-beauty royalty. If you know, you know. It’s the first cleansing balm I've ever used, and it completely changed how I feel about double cleansing. It melts off everything—makeup, sunscreen, mascara—without burning your eyes or leaving a greasy film. It emulsifies like a dream and rinses clean. I could talk about this balm forever. Happy doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Jumiso All Day Vitamin – Retail Value $14.40
This is such a solid vitamin C serum. It's like the budget-friendly cousin of SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic, but with a K-beauty twist. You've got ferulic acid, vitamin E, and even bakuchiol (a retinol alt) all packed into a lightweight formula. Great for brightening, firming, and generally looking more awake. A really solid AM serum.
Miguhara Daily Herb Sun Stick SPF50+ PA++++ – Retail Value $16.32
Okay, I did not expect to love this. I’ve had hit-or-miss experiences with sun sticks. Some are way too greasy or overly shiny. This one? Super lightweight, smooth glide, decent finish. It is a little oily if you’re using it mid-day, so maybe not the best for touch-ups unless you’re okay with that. But for a morning reapply or beach bag addition? Love it.
Kolonya Mini Rinse Free Hand Cleanser – Retail Value $11.20
Nice change of pace from the usual hand cream. I tossed this into my purse and forgot about it until I actually needed it—and I’m glad I had it. No weird stickiness, no dryness, and the scent? Spa vibes. Would totally repurchase this for travel.
Vitamasques Daily Ultra Hydrate Radiance Pads – Retail Value $4.99

These were fun. Think of them as a quick cleanse + mini exfoliation, especially when you’re on the go. I liked the textured side more than the smooth one, and while they are very fragranced, they didn’t irritate me. Just something to keep in mind if your skin’s sensitive. I’d pack them for a weekend trip, for sure.
Pyunkang Yul Highly Moisturizing Essence Mask Pack – Retail Value $2

And here’s the one product I didn’t love. Pyunkang Yul and I just don’t get along. There’s a signature scent in many of their products that my skin does not appreciate. This mask, unfortunately, had that same fragrance, and it left my face feeling itchy instead of soothed.
Was This Box Worth It?
Cost: $49.95
Total Retail Value: ~$75
Code: MSA10
Honestly? Yes. Even if you subtract the one product that didn’t work for me, the value still holds strong. I’m impressed by how well this box came together. It wasn’t trying to wow with trends or viral gimmicks—it just delivered a dependable lineup of skincare staples that feel thoughtful, effective, and great for warm-weather routines.
