This meal centers around fire-grilled chicken breast that's been seasoned with jalapeño powder, smoked black pepper, garlic, and lime, and then topped with pickled jalapeños, cheddar, and scallions. There's only so much you can do for breakfast on keto...at least that's what I thought until I came across this meal. Almond flour is used in place of traditional white flour crust and this recipe boasts a silky custard base made of eggs, heavy cream, cream cheese, and thyme paired with Swiss cheese and caramelized onion baked filling topped with crisp bacon. And, the side of diced broccoli is out of this world since it's tossed in the rendered fat of the bacon. Each serving is 780 calories and contains 67 g fat, 31 g protein, and 19 g carbs (6 g of which are fiber).

4. Chocolate Brownie & Vanilla Cake Keto Shakes

Normally when I hear keto-friendly shake I think sugar alcohol-ridden junk, but Factor is way above those standards.
