I ordered the August box, and it took forever to get to me. I stupidly ordered the September box as well, it's late too. The only way to get a hold of the owner is to message her on facebook, she doesn't even reply to posts on her wall, and hasn't posted herself since September 6th. Beware! I had high hopes, but sadly, not so warranted. :(

I was really excited about this box. I bought a 6 month subscription starting in August 2014. I also bought 2 additional August boxes. These boxes were to arrive between August 21-28. The only way to contact this seller is via Facebook. I received 1 August box on September 5. I am still waiting for the other 2 boxes. I sent a personal facebook message as well as posted on the Facebook page on September 2. Today is September 10. There has been no response

Such a scam.. ordered. Never received. Doesn't answer emails..STAY AWAY..DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANY MONEY

I think I ordered my box in december or even before that. I never received and sent out so many emails. I filed with paypal for fraud and finally got my money back... then for some reason I was put on the an January list to get a box sent out and it arrived in MARCH! I had completely forgot about it by then... No paper work in the box or email it was arriving. Lovely products but customer service really is awful. She hardly ever replies. I have no idea why she even bothered to send me something honestly. I mean... I got a refund was moved on with my life and then this shows up on my doorstep... it was just weird. Not to mention it was only 2 full size items. Above it mentions 4-5. Pretty sleazy.

Ordered this box on August 30 and did not receive until Nov 28. Tried to contact seller by email and Facebook numerous times with no response. Seller posted on Facebook occasionally with apologies about delays. Very disappointed in items received. Not what I expected based on August unboxing I watched or list of items another buyer posted they received in November. I received 2 packages of wax melts, each containing 2 melts, and 2 scoopable wax melts that are hard as a rock. A dirty plastic spoon type thing was included. It was in a thin cardboard container. I was expecting a variety of items not just wax. So not worth the wait or money.

I ordered this box based on an unboxing review. It is a new company. I ordered a Try It box on Aug 30. It should have been mailed in mid Sept. I have yet to receive the box. I have emailed the seller several times with no response. I have also left Facebook messages and posts with no direct response. The seller posted on Facebook on Oct 27 with a list of names that she would send their box that week. My name was on that list. She also listed other names that she would send out later. I still have not received my box. Two people on the list posted that they received their box on Nov 20 and loved all the items. One person posted that the seller replied to her email, so I sent another email immediately asking about my status. Again no response. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller until she gets it together.

beware of this box, her facebook page has nothing but customers demanding thier money back! It was too late for me, I had already paid ;(

THIS MIGHT BE A SCAM.... I have already paid for a box and NOTHING. I went to the facebook page and all you see is upset customers demanding their boxes!
