Better Beauty Box Reviews

After approx. a year of being subscribed, I've received a gifted box! I've talked about Better Beauty Box on my YT, IG and TikTok several times since they first launched in 2023. I was subscribed to other boxes at the time and BBB was still my fave. It's cruelty free & vegan so I don't have to worry about which products I'll be able to use. I prefer when the boxes are varied (all products are from diff brands and categories: makeup, skincare, etc) however, I also like when the box has multiple items from one brand, and you get to "know" the brand, which BBB does from time to time. I also really like the fact that products are full sized; if I don't like something I can gift it to family/friends and it's not a sample. From the June 2024 box I really liked the tinted sunscreen from Suntegrity & the eye cream from Nuria ;) I have yet to find myself not using all/most of the products in any of my previous boxes; everything is usually very high quality.

Way better than most of the boxes I've tried and really great value. Only full size products. and I love that it's 100% cruelty-free and vegan. Sometimes I get products I dont want or need but my sister is always willing to take them off my hands lol. Would recommend!

I wrote a poor review (see above) for the lack of response to my inquiries. I finally received a response, and the company claims to have emailed me (though I haven't found that email in my inbox or my spam). I appreciate the eventual response...and the products are great. However, it is difficult to get in touch with customer support, and there is no direction on how to cancel subscriptions if desired, so I am amending my review to three stars and not a full 4 or 5.

I was so looking forward to this subscription. I mistakenly ordered duplicates and have found it is near impossible to get in touch with the company to a) change my subscription; and b) receive a refund. There is no contact phone or email, only an automatic form that so far does not get anyone to respond to me. Beware! The box description says you can cancel at anytime, but it does not provide info on how to cancel! Because it automatically renews, it appears you are stuck with the subscription.
