This is a great box! This is my first subscription box I ever subscribed to over 10 years ago.

Customer Service at FFF has always, for me, been excellent.

Fantastic customer service person. She fixed two problems for me.

I have been a customer for many seasons (I think 5 years) I genuinely enjoy every box I get. Yes sometimes there is something I don’t use, but it’s very much giftable. With the price you pay if you only received one or two things you loved it would more than pay for itself but I always love most everything! It’s fun to be able to try the latest decor, trends and fashion & make up! As a mom and homemaker and being last on the list, as so many of us are, this is a wonderful opportunity to Put yourself first! Give it try! Nothing to loose! Have fun & Enjoy:)

I think people expect FFF to recreate the wheel in every box, that's simply not possible. I think this is a great box. There is a Morgan Lane collaboration, plenty of top-level cosmetics and skincare choices as well as fitness and home options to choose from. I think it's obvious that no matter what you offer, you're simply not able to satisfy everyone. I still marvel at the quality of the products offered and received versus the price paid for this box. All in all there is no way anyone can argue they haven't received their monies worth.

I have been with FFF for a few years and it has only improved for me. I love having complete control over what is going into my box and the value is always there for me. I feel like this is the best subscription box out there in regard to all the perks included.

I didn't renew my yearly subscription and won't be ever again. While I loved 90% of what I got in the quarterly box that cannot be said for their clothing subscription box and sales. Regular customer service does a good job but the style box staff are the reason I will never send money with FFF! After emails spanning over 5 months because of mistakes made by FFF style box staff I never got it corrected. I tried contacting them many times but kept being told generic promises to get off phone or chat with me. Supervisor was never available and never called me back. I easily spent 1000's a year so I am still confused and both hurt and pissed because I felt like I was having to beg them to fix issues or at the very least acknowledge the errors (which never happened) I was a loyal customer for several years. I can't imagine business can stay booming if they don't correct mistakes and or apologize. Even of they don't mean it. Hearing several different reasons why for the same issue previously not corrected makes one lose loyalty and respect. Besides, that please make sure to check if products are date expired or product seems different. They sell tons of beauty stuff that has separated, expired and isn't of quality one buys from stores. Speak up if they do because they are hoping you don't notice or won't demand it to be fixed. Sorry for the rant, most ladies get a great experience like I did for the first few years but then I noticed quality of items and value not as good as previous years.
