How Keeps Works
First, you’ll need to choose the plan that’s best for your hair loss problem. You can choose treatment for thinning hair, receding hairline, or thinning at the crown.
Once you’ve decided which form of treatment is best for your condition, you’ll need to select if you want 3, 6, or 12 months worth of treatment. You’ll also need to decide if you want a solution or foam if your plan includes Mixoxidil.
After selecting your form of treatment and subscription frequency, you can decide whether or not you want to add on Keeps Thickening Shampoo & Conditioner, 2% Ketoconazole Shampoo, or Thickening Pomade to upgrade your treatment.
You’ll then proceed to checkout where you will provide your shipping and billing information and create your account. You’ll also be required to have a telehealth consultation prior to being subscribed to your treatment.
After you’ve had your online consultation, Keeps will send your treatment straight to your doorstep and you will be provided support along the way.
Pricing Options
Plans start as low as $10 per month for Minoxidil (generic Rogaine) solution and range up to $40 per month for Finasteride (generic Propecia) and Minoxidil foam. However, your monthly cost can be higher if you choose to add on shampoo, conditioner, or other products.

How Keeps Compares to Other Top Men’s Health Subscriptions
Keeps VS Hims: Hims offers telehealth services for ED, hair loss, anxiety and depression, skincare, and more. Hims and Keeps offer similar products at competitive prices, but while Hims carries a range of products that treat different areas, Keeps is solely focused on treating hair loss, which makes it a good choice for men looking for expert care in this area.
Keeps VS Roman: Roman offers telehealth services for sexual health, mental health, and hair and skin conditions. It’s slightly more expensive than Keeps, starting at $16 per month. However, they also offer a hair loss supplement for those who want to go more of the natural route.
Keeps VS Nutrafol: Nutrafol offers supplement-based forms of treatment for hair loss in both women and men. Compared to Keeps, it’s about 4X the price, and its supplement for men costs $79 per month. Nutrafol is the premier option for drug-free solutions to hair loss, but some men may prefer Keeps due to its lower cost and telehealth services for continued support.
