I have been a subscriber for 3 months now and I have loved every single box!

I signed up for a 6 month subscription. I received the first 2 boxes and was charged for the third box but didn't get a shipment notification or any communication. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the box was 'out of stock' and they would send it when they got another shipment but didn't include any information about when that would be. I'm not sure what's going on with their customer service, but no box is so amazing that it erases poor customer service.

I subscribed in October and committed to a 6 month membership at a rate of $17/month. First two months went off without a hitch - I was not super excited about the boxes but they were OK. When I was billed me for the 3rd (and 4th) month - I noticed they had billed me for an incorrect amount. There wasn't a big difference, but it was more than I had committed to. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and the last response I received was on December 28 when they said they would get back to me on resolving the issue (FYI - it is now early February). I reached out to them today and apparently their answer to the problem was to cancel my subscription. The moral of the story - there are a lot of choices on where to spend your money on a beauty subscription service. I would recommend doing business with a company that bills you what they say they are going to bill you and has a customer service team that will resolve the problem, not just cancel your subscription to make you go away.

I have subscribed since December 2017. I subscribe for a full year to get the best price. This box has never, ever disappointed me. The box & presentation are nice as well.

Just received my 1st box, April 2016. I elected the 12 month plan since the cost/value and free ship is outstanding. Took approx. 15 days after ship date to arrive in the SW. Carefully packed in a shipping box was the beautiful gift box. Presentation was very nice, and I couldn't believe how much I received, the brand selection, and the box was themed. A hand exfoliator, and a hand cream. Not the typical random items near their expiry date, but an actual curation along with a booklet and a mini Elle mag. Perfect, can't wait for next month!

So far this box has amazed me. I got the Holiday box #2 and wow I got 8 products! They mostly amazing brands like Ole Henrinksen, REN, and Bare Minerals. This box seems like its worth more than the cost. This and DermStore's beauty box are my top favorites and includes products that have changed my skin, and introduced me to new products I would have never spent the money on. This is my first month but I am blown away. So far I highly recommend, at least for the holiday boxes. BTW I rarely ever leaves reviews but this was just that great.

By the way, this is no longer a subscription box. Now they only sell jewelry making supplies.

I was able to combine 3 separate coupons to get an annual subscription for about $15/mo. I was hoping for some interesting UK beauty brands, and I've gotten them, but so far, the box has contained oddball stuff like mouthwash and vitamins. The customer service is prompt but not very helpful. I needed them to change my address (their error) and they said they could not; my only option was to cancel and resubscribe. Strange. But I'll stick with it because, hey, it's from the UK and ships free! I have faith the products will get better...
