Expecting baby #2 and was looking for something that was simpler than having 3 different supplement bottles to get into each night, a brand that was thorough with their ingredients and something that would help with acid reflux which I suffered from most of my 1st pregnancy. Getting in the habit of taking these after supper/before bed every night was very simple! The transparency provided by Perelel about what’s included in each of the packs is peace of mind. I haven’t experienced terrible heartburn either. My needs were met. The smell of one of these pills will make you think twice when you first start the packs but it’s not a deal breaker. The packaging/branding is a nice touch as well.
