The Japanese sweets were my favorite, especially the Azuki Monaka, which pleasantly surprised me since I’m not usually a fan of red beans. On the other hand, I personally didn’t find the Western-style Japanese sweets to my taste—except for the Hokkaido Milk Danish, which was chef’s kiss excellent! The quality of everything was outstanding, and the delivery was impressively fast.

The box contained much more than I expected! We had an amazing time traveling in Japan, and receiving this box brought back so many wonderful memories. We had a fantastic afternoon sampling everything and truly enjoyed it!

I absolutely love Sakuraco! The snacks are authentic and unique. It feels like I’m experiencing Japanese culture every month. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves Japanese snacks and traditions.

This box has so many different snacks. I always look forward to the little ceramic that comes with each month. Of course, the tea being "sencha" is very welcoming. I just shared the Matcha cookie with a friend and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I am not technically adept, ergo, I am unable to send a photo. However, I can tell you the box is opened and clearly displayed for me to pick and choose each item. The booklet which comes in each box is not only visually inviting, but the information is very helpful.

I love being subscribed to this box! There's always a range of flavours and textures to satisfy even the pickiest of snackers, and this box was no different! the delivery was super quick (which I've come to expect and appreciate from Sakuraco) - and the quality and presentation of each product is out of this world! everything is presented in super kawaii packaging which is also functional and secure. my favourite items this month were the Kyoto candy and the Yuzu dorayaki. the candies came in a unique but joyful mixture of flavours and the dorayaki had a good balance of sweet and sour notes which I really enjoy in desserts!

I love this box. Each month is a joy to my senses. The booklet is fantastic. I am learning so much about Japanese culture and discovering new treats each month.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy the culture of appreciation that surrounds what Sakuraco does. They take a bunch of local sweets and traditional goodies from different prefectures of Japan, depending on the season, and their boxes always come with a decorative, thematic little card and the big info magazine about your box’s contents and the historical info about it! I enjoy just about everything in every box. The customer service is super polite and sweet and they have a lot of gratitude towards customers. My experience has just been ridiculously pleasant and even though I don’t always like every snack, there is always a multitude of things I enjoy in each box. I’m going to buy a bunch of the chocolate pies now that I’ve eaten the one in my box. It’s a favorite of my 15+ month subscription <3 my other favorite is the delicate, super moist and flavorful cookies that come in flavors like sugar cookie, matcha, and peach. Not cheap, but it’s how I treat myself, and I love it.
