January really feels like BootayBag is starting the year with more fun details to make their panties stand out. Mesh panels? Adjustable straps at the waist? I’m loving it. I think getting two cute pairs of undies of decent quality for $15 is a great set up, and I hope future boxes continue with fun patterns and lace. I wash these pairs on the delicate cycle, but they have been holding up well.

How does It work?
Members have the option to pick from either a Matching Set or Undie subscription. BootayBag creates a new collection every month that includes undies, bralettes and wardrobe staples. Each of your monthly orders are customizable to your preferences. Swap styles, number of undies, and add extras. No commitments- skip an order or cancel at any time.
What will come in my BootayBag?
That depends on you babe, you’re in control!
Choose from a matching set or a number of undies as well as if you want to add any extras. We have a variety of subscription options for our members to choose from each month, and yes you can swap every month to get exactly what you want.
We curate a new collection monthly, released to members first, that includes 2 thongs, 2 cheeky undies, and a handful of wardrobe staples. Loving all the undies? Grab our 4 pair subscription bag. Feeling the featured bralette? Swap to our Matching Set subscription bag.
What perks do members get by subscribing?
Exclusive access to new styles, discounts and our Fit Guarantee are a few perks our members have.
You’ll be the first to know when we drop new collections or featured pieces. Once subscribed, you will receive discounts on all purchases (plus additional discounts throughout the year). Lastly, Try it. Style It. Love it. If not, our Fit Guarantee has you covered. Just let us know within 60 days and we’ll find you something new to love.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered via USPS within 10-14 business days once your order has shipped. Our monthly subscribers can expect their orders between the 18th-20th.
What if I need to return something?
We want you to love your products from BootayBag. While we don't accept returns due to the intimate nature of our products, members are covered with our Fit Guarantee. Just reach out to our Care Team for help.
Please note, once an order is placed it can not be canceled or adjusted.

Overall, I love Bootay Bag and I will continue to pay for my subscription!
pros: Great customer service, website is easy to use, cute & comfortable styles, promo codes are easy to earn or find online
cons: shipping is a little slow, quality isn't always great (easily damaged), tags are often visible when worn.
