LOVE my Box of Happies subscription! It really does put a smile on my face each month. I have discovered so many talented artists over the past few months. There are so many fun handmade surprises -- I keep most and gift the rest! Really unique gift idea!

Poor customer service! I placed and order on January 13th was charged on my CC the next day and have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the company through their website twice with no response. I reached out them via Facebook and hope to get a response soon. I will not be recommending this subscription to anyone because of the lack of customer service.

Had a six-month subscription and was generally pleased with the handmade products I received. I was getting this one and Dottie Box at the same time, and Box of Happies definitely made me, well... happier. The quality of the products was more interesting and varied. One major plus for this subscription is the resuable case that you get each time. However, I now have 6 of these things and I'm not sure what to do with them all. But they are good for organization and storage.

Can you advise me here? I'm not sure how to handle this. I just enrolled for six months with Dr. D, and I paid $150 up front for the dog Happiness box. I did not get the blanket, but now you mention it, I recall seeing it on their website. I wondered if it would come with the first package, then I forgot about it. My dog would love nothing more than a snuggly blanket like that, as she likes to get into the covers. I don't want to seem demanding, but it seems maybe they have accidentally overlooked the blanket they owe me, or am I misunderstanding?
