The March Fit Snack Box had 11 items (counting the doubles as 2 items) for an average value of $2.63 per item. This was a pretty good month for Fit Snack Box. Although I couldn’t eat the jerky, everything else was vegetarian, and I was pleased to try some Bakery on Main items that were not just granola for once. They make a lot of different breakfast items, after all! My husband was a fan of the coffee, which was a brand and concept new to both of us, and the nuts/cheese mix was new to us as well.

The February Fit Snack Box had 10 items (counting the doubles as 1 item since they are quite small) for an average value of $2.89 per item. I’d say this was a pretty typical month for Fit Snack Box. I did actually discover a few new items (the quinoa cluster flavors were new, as was the bean snack, and my husband was a fan of the protein bar). I’m a little bit over getting Bakery On Main granola but I’m guessing that, unlike me, most people don’t receive three separate snack subscription boxes each month! And the grain-free version was pretty good as well as being new to me.

This was not my favorite FitSnack Box of all time. Although there were some new items, like the two flavors of granola that are not yet on the market, there were a fair number of repeats, including two from just last month. Since this box shipped kind of late, I’m guessing they were having the same trouble a lot of other subscription boxes are having, of items not coming in on time. If you are feeling the value is a little low, definitely don’t forget to check out their online content if you are a subscriber, as that provides some added value. (There are also usually coupon codes in the information booklet.) Over time, this box is usually a little more exciting; I think everyone has an off month every now and then, and this just happened to be one for me.
