Update their customer service is great! They are shipping me a replacement, it is super hot out and I am worried the heat will be a problem again but they are trying to make it right.

Just got first order. It is not even the hottest part of summer yet my chocolate was melted and the wine tasted vinegary as if it had stayed in a hot truck too long. Have contacted CS and will see how they respond. I am sure they will take care of it but I will let y'all know if they don't.
