For my family raddish is awesome. Customer service was responsive and extra friendly. I have had shipping issues but it was the delivery company not Raddish's fault. Value is what you have to decide. I have a special needs young adult who forgets to eat. She has a brain injury and has no real hunger signals till she is frantic. Raddish is getting her interested in cooking and invested in food. She's loved all the recipes, and will go looking for leftovers the next day. The tools are fun additions. I love the recipe cards, they are laminated and very easy for my daughter. I highly recommend this company and box.
