How Do I Cancel My IPSY Subscription?
You can cancel your IPSY subscription at any time with no cost to your membership.
- Log onto your IPSY account.
- Hit edit account settings
- Click “membership”
- Select “manage membership"
- Click "Help me stop my membership" and complete the steps
- Click the cancellation link in your email
Ipsy memberships are continuous and will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel your account. If for any reason, you’d like to cancel your Ipsy subscription, make sure to do so before 12pm PT on the last day of the month or you’ll be charged for next month’s box!
Keep in mind, there is no cancellation fee to pause your subscription and you can resubscribe at anytime.
