CURRY CAULIFLOWER WRAPS with Potato Wedges & Curry Aioli

Although I love to cook, I don’t have much time to do that on weekdays. Like most people, my Monday through Friday schedule is busy, leaving me to either cook something up as quickly as I can or, more often than not, order restaurant delivery. That typically means sacrificing a meal full of fresh veggies in favor of a frozen pizza or something deep-fried. Delicious, sure, but not something I want to be eating all the time just because I don’t have enough time to cook!

Enter HelloFresh, a favorite around here at MSA. With HelloFresh’s extensive menu options each week and tailored plan types, I can find vegetarian recipes full of plant-based ingredients as well as recipes to meet my wellness goals. Even better? All my favorite dishes from HelloFresh can be made in 40 minutes or less.

Plant-Forward Meals

I’ve followed a vegetarian diet for several years. For a long time, that meant a steady diet of macaroni and cheese and cheese pizza. But as I’ve become more skilled in the kitchen, I notice I love experimenting with combinations of different veggies, legumes, and hearty grains to keep me fueled. The only problem? The only time I really have time to chop a bunch of vegetables and cook up a good recipe is on the weekends.

With HelloFresh’s veggie options, I can whip up a dish full of fresh veggies and feel-good ingredients any night of the week. While I do still love cheese, I appreciate that there are even some vegan recipes when I want a fully plant-based meal. One of my favorites is the Thai Ginger Curry, which is also meets the company’s Fit & Wholesome plan option and takes only 30 minutes to make.

Quick Lunches and Dinners

Many of the tasty dinner recipes take 40 minutes or less, meaning I actually have time to cook, even on the busiest weeknights. HelloFresh’s recipes include prep work that is quick and easy, and the directions are clear and simple. No scrolling through long-winded blog posts to reach my recipe or digging through my saved social media posts to find that one recipe that I thought sounded good 3 months ago before I even start prep work.

There are even lunch options that come together in under 10 minutes. I love that I don’t need to go out on a fast food run on my lunch break; instead, I can make something nutritious, like the Spinach Caprese Salad, and still have time to read a book or watch an episode of my favorite show before getting back to work.

Wholesome Ingredients

HelloFresh allows me to select my meal plan preferences. Options include meat and veggies, veggies, fit & wholesome, family friendly, quick and easy, or pescatarian. For a more custom approach, I opt for the veggies — a vegetarian-friendly meal plan — and Fit & Wholesome, which offers balanced recipes that are more calorie-conscious.

With these selections, I get dishes that are full of feel-good ingredients to fuel me through busy days. Most impressively, these healthier meals don’t sacrifice flavor. One of my favorites this season? The irresistible Fall Harvest Kale Salad, which is both vegetarian and calorie-smart. The Brussels sprouts, delicata squash, and walnuts help make this a filling salad, and it comes with ingredients and instructions for a super easy and amazing dijon dressing.

Yes sponsored, cause you can eat for free if you get people to use your link. I just ordered a Hello Fresh box, I tried them years ago and didn’t like them, but figured I try again. Both dishes for 2 were half eaten and thrown in the garbage. Hello Fresh advertises EVERYWHERE Youtube, Podcasts, radio – and the discount they give through affiliate link – you get anyway signing on their website first time. They are not cheap for the quantity and charge $10 shipping.

Um what? No review of your meals? What is the point of this post?

It’s a sponsored post, i.e. an ad, not a review.

Not a particularly good ad though.

It’s like a YouTuber doing an ad read. I expected more in depth reviews from this site.
