For my husband, there’s nothing like a seared steak. But, since I don’t eat steak, I never know how to season or cook it. This recipe gave me the blueprint for the perfect steak at home. The creamy mushroom sauce only made it better. And I couldn’t stop poking at the sides on his plate because the roasted broccoli and crispy potato rounds were steal-worthy. 🥦

If you told me I’d be making an Italian dinner by myself, I’d say you’re confusing me with someone else. But this was so easy to prepare that the 35 minutes flew by. The citric touch of this cream matches significantly with the Tuscan herbs and parmesan. Italian takeout? No need. I might serve this to my in-laws next time they visit!
