I Just Read “The Longevity Nutrient” and It Completely Changed How I Think About Aging

I’ve always been into health and wellness, but I have a pretty low tolerance for fluff. I want real science, not just another “miracle” routine that’s going to be debunked next year. So when I got my hands on an early copy of The Longevity Nutrient, I was curious but also a little skeptical.

After reading this, I immediately started making changes to get more C15:0-rich foods into my diet. It just made too much sense not to. And now, I can’t stop talking about it.
