Anyone else hop on the sparkling water trend after seeing all the TikTok girlies? My go-to beverage for a while now has been sparkling water, because there’s just something about those sugar-free bubbles going down, perfect for the summer heat.
Unfortunately, my stomach just can’t handle all that carbonation, causing painful bloating and cramps that kept me up all night. I needed to take a break, and my friends gave me the scoop on their new favorite beverage: Art of Tea’s Iced Tea Kit.
I brewed a pitcher to try and it was love at first sip! Here’s why you need to ditch your sparkling water and start drinking iced tea.
1. Comes with everything you need to steep the perfect cup
I was so excited when this kit arrived in the mail, especially when I discovered that this product comes in earth-friendly, post-consumer recycled packaging. Everything looked amazing straight out of the box, and I couldn’t wait to make the iced tea!
The kit includes a 2 QT Takeya pitcher and a 4 oz. bag of my preferred tea. I went with Blue Pineapple, a delicious blend of lychee, lemongrass, and sweet pineapple. Since every tea from Art of Tea looked so delicious, I also had to order some Classic Black and Hibiscus Cooler.
2. Easiest iced tea to brew!

The biggest advantage of sparkling water is how easy it is to drink—just pop the can open and take a sip. No preparation or skill is necessary.
On the other hand, I found that Art of Tea’s Iced Tea Kit is just as easy. It only takes 5 minutes to have it ready to drink, and one batch lasts me nearly a week!
All I have to do is add an iced tea pouch to their 2 QT Takeya and 3 cups of hot water. Let the tea steep for 4 minutes, fill the pitcher with tepid water, pour it over ice - and tada! You’ve got a delicious iced tea pitcher in just a few minutes! Throughout the week, I’ll pour some of the tea over some fresh ice, and I feel instantly refreshed.
3. Delicious, organic flavors to choose from

I mean it when I say the tea flavors I tried are not your average store-bought tea! Even without tasting it, I could tell these teas were high-quality and deliciously unique, bringing a particular oomph to each drink.
The Classic Black, with its bold flavor, is the perfect tea to start your day. I love how the Hibiscus Cooler has just the right amount of sweet berry bite, making it nice and fruity. The Blue Pineapple is sweet and summery, making it one of my favorites.
I always have a pitcher of tea in my fridge, and each of these teas has definitely helped cool me off during these hot summer days!
4. Bye, bye, bloating - hello, savings!
One of the best things I’ve noticed since switching from sparkling water to iced tea is that I no longer feel so bloated from all the carbonation. Even without the carbonation, Art of Tea’s Iced Tea Kit still satisfies my cold beverage craving with mouth-watering flavors that pack a bigger punch than sparkling water.

Plus, drinking several sparkling waters a day quickly became pricey. The Iced Tea Kit starts at $37, and the teas themselves cost only $5-$10/week—definitely saving me money in the long run.
Art of Tea’s Iced Tea Kit is a 10/10
If you’re sick and tired of sparkling water and need a new refreshing drink for the summer, look no further than Art of Tea’s Iced Tea Kit. It is a high-quality, convenient, and delicious iced tea you can make right at home in under 5 minutes!
I start a new pitcher every week, and it’s been a hit with all my friends and family. It’ll change your routine in the best way, just like it did for me.
